I wanted to know if the diagnoses I had received from a previous place were correct or not and if I could have a connective tissue disease that causes my long-term pain and pain problems. The doctor did not ask a single question about symptoms, did not seem particularly interested in hearing what I had to say, did not perform any tests (specific score tests) etc. but could still say "You have this but I do not think you have this". At the same time, she could say "You have this but still not". So, so vague, confusing and unprofessional. You can not express yourself without doing a proper investigation! She could not help me with part-time sick leave either because she had had problems with the F-fund and "could not" take sick leave ... sounds serious. The only thing she could do was prescribe medication for something she claimed I had without having done any direct examination. I also had to wait 20-30 min after booked time and was well inside the room for 15-20 min. Really bad and unprofessional. Not worth the money! If you have problems with long-term pain, you should turn to a pain unit that knows what they are doing, which I have now learned. Do not go here! Har man problem med långvarig smärta bör man vända sig till en smärtenhet som vet vad de sysslar med, vilket jag nu har lärt mig. Gå inte hit!

    Var är sjukvården i Sverige på väg? Ärligt talat? Folk lider i väntan på vård och får inte rätt vård i rätt tid. Tycker att det börjar bli dags för demonstrationer ute på gatorna för så här kan vi inte ha det. När jag läser era recensioner med 1 stjärna blir jag mörkrädd. Jag har själv blivit dålig behandlad på flera vårdcentraler jag varit på.

    Väldigt fräscht och fint väntrum. Alla läkarna jag har varit hos är väldigt professionella och lyhörda. Det enda utvecklingen denna plats behöver är och hämta en extra personal till receptionen för och hinna med alla samtal samt patienter som ska checka in.

    I wanted to take a moment to comment on the service I have received lately (especially after having met my latest doctor). I'm not sure I should write her name as perhaps it might jinx things ... she'll leave and/or everyone will want to be her patient :-) But what I will say is this -- I really feel as though she has LISTENED to me. She has taken my concerns/questions seriously. I know this isn't easy particularly when I'm speaking English. She has allowed me to speak and share my worries. I appreciate this. She didn't just ask questions and not listen to what *I* thought was worrying/relevant. The only unfortunate thing is that it can be a bit challenging to get an appointment. Of course, this isn't just here -- this is undoubtedly a challenge at many VCs here in Sweden (and even many places in the world). For me, this makes my time with the doctor even MORE PRECIOUS as I know it's limited and hard(er) to come by. Something my husband said I should mention -- I didn't appreciate being laughed at by the young man at the front desk when I couldn't understand what he said. As I told him (in Swedish), I don't laugh at people when they can't speak English (in any land, even when it's the L1 there). For those of us for whom it has been more difficult to use Swedish, laughing won't help that situation. I don't think anyone who can't use a language well is unaware of the limitations that presents. Laughing does little to encourage someone to try more. And I think we all know what country we are in (that's not a point of confusion). Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic. It is my hope that this doctor remains affiliated as she is highly regarded by both me and my husband. Also, it should not go unstated that others I have met (namely nurses) have also been very kind and helpful. I understand it's not always easy. The medical field is not an easy space in which to work (my mother did her entire career). Fortunately, however, I think the field attracts people who wish to make a positive impact because they care about helping others. That is appreciated.

    Har varit patient under många år på City 7 när man kommer är det alltid god service och ett leende i receptionen , Har alltid samma läkare vilket är en fin trygghet läkare känner patienten tar sig alltid tid . Sköterskorna allt glada är underbara och de på provtagningen är härliga City 7 har också specialister inom olika sjukdoms områden. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera City 7 med all den härliga personal.

No blood and no tests are taken. The second time I have something in my eye, I get to meet a young doll, she listens to my concerns about the eye. And prescribes an ointment without even looking at how it looks in the eye. For the third time I am seeking help for my dizziness which has come at the end of the week. But then I get questioned. And mustn't see a doctor this time with the thought that I have seen two doctors earlier this week. But I get to see a nurse who is a student first without even asking if it's okay. Everything results in them taking the blood pressure and nothing else. My dizziness and nausea remain, call tomorrow.

    Träffade Reumatologen Carmen som gav mig ett fantastiskt bemötande. Så skönt med en läkare som lyssnar på en och förstår vad man pratar om.
