    Har gått till denna mottagning under drygt 10 år och det har väl varit okej, även om personalen i receptionen varit ojämn i humöret (trevlig/otrevlig) och vissa av tandsköterskorna knappt klarat av att hälsa. Men när tandläkaren på mitt sista besök, lägger på en extra avgift på 410 kr. utan att säga till eller blinka är måttet rågat. När jag ringer och frågar receptionisten menar denne att "hon har nog bara glömt" och att hon ska påminna henne om att extra avgiften måste meddelas.     As a foreign student I can say the service was extraordinary, the dentist (hygienist) was very kind, helpful and professional. It was my first time and I was nervous but the service is really great.

    AVOID!! Terrible bad clinic that looks down on and speaks badly to people. I've had dentists there who didn't even greet me and have the radio on and sing along while she fixes my teeth. Had to change dentists because of this, and after that she stood in the corridor and sneered at me. In addition, they are stingy. I paid SEK 1,600 for healthy dental care for a year and was not offered an appointment. I had to call myself in the end. I happened to miss an appointment due to a lot in private life and when I call to ask about this, I am met by an extremely unpleasant receptionist who makes condescending comments.     Avoid! Inexperienced dentists, who also want to extort money. Completely healthy, wanted to remove some tartar and they have taken me 3 visits (3 visit fee). If only they were good, but they're not either. My wire behind my teeth came loose, and they wanted to put in a brand new one. Note that I got a new one 11 months ago from them. Went to the dental group the next day and they solved my problem smoothly. I don't usually write reviews, but have been treated like a bank withdrawal without anything else good besides.

    Never been treated as badly at a dentist as I am here. Unfriendly staff at the checkout and on the phone. They make fools of you when you want help and wonder about things and are not accommodating at all. Don't go here. Now it's time to change!

    Ignored staff at reception. Mem the absolute worst thing about this reception is their nonchalance in case of concern. I went there with my 1 year old son, at the visit I expressed my concern as he drank a lot of gruel during the nights and I knew it could lead to caries. But the dentist completely ignored this and only said "as long as he knows how to use a toothbrush and as long as he stops the gruel around the age of 2 then there is nothing to worry about". She swept everything under the rug - and of course as a first-time parent, you trust their judgement. Yes, now the son is 1 year and 11 months and he just got an appointment with the socialist dentist for anesthesia to extract at least 4 teeth for caries. A two-year-old is about to receive NARKOS, a parent's worst nightmare. This could have easily been prevented at the 1 year visit if she had taken it as seriously as we expressed it every time (when he was one he had perfect teeth!!).     Absolute positive appointment. We came there for our 10 year old sons misaligned teeth and some hidden caries between the milk teeth. The competent dentist Mrs. Natalija who war in charge for him was caring, understanding and we had a good communication.
