    Close to impossible to book an appointment. They have implemented a new service where you can book online, but I received hours later after requesting an appointment a message asking to call in 0745 the following day. Calling in but can’t get through or ask you to call back later then a few minutes later you will receive an automated message stating all appointments are booked for the day. This happens every time... Changed my preferred Vårdcentral today because of this. Obviously not just a problem with this business, but a society problem too, but the booking system must be sorted.

    Rude and pointless contact with the online booking service, does not take matters seriously and jumped to a solution without examined the cause. Time for me to switch.

    This clinic used to be exceptional (Scaled with Swedish standards of public health care), but as soon as the big umbrella healthcare, Capio , took over (now it is called Capio Läkarhus Kvillebäcken) few years ago, the booking possibility dropped dramatically. Now as other Capio vårcentral you can only see a doctor if you be there at 8 at that day! and then, who knows how long you should wait. It seems like calling and booking a time for any day in future is impossible! That was this disrespectful behavior towards the patients -which for many reasons including work, sickness, etc., may not be available at 8 - which forced me to change from another vårdcentral owned by Capio to this one, before it was consumed by devil Capio. Capio! You destroy the effort of great doctors and nurses who work hard. I see that people are unsatisfied with the way you handle the situation, and don't find a way to appreciate the effort of personnel. Wasn't it better if you limit your patients to your capacity and not based on "the more the better" earning plan? This is a managerial issue that they don't care and will rely on over flow (letting people leave) to keep the balance. Update: Another disrespectful behavior that has happened more than twice recently is that they may give you a telephone time (for something that needs visual inspection!) and they usually don't call at all (that s ok, maybe it is an emergency case, but they have to inform and reschedule) If you don't go to the appointment, they rightfully charge you. But when it comes to the same rights, they just ignore your complaint! They clearly don't care about your health. That is how it works.

    To book vard central, first get appointment from 1177.se. In case you have asked for call during morning around 7:45am then please call hospital phone number around 6 to 8 and get appointment via Automated Answering Machine by press few steps. Doctors in this hospital are really helpful but only problem with getting appointment. I have very good experience with Specialist and got proper treatment although it took almost 2 months for complete diagnosis.

    I think that 1 star is too much. Not competences, not skills, not amiability. I do not know why exist this center and the people from there. They take money for nothing. I will try to change the clinic now. Loathsome.

    CHANGE ALL DOCTORS .... reviews are disastrous! 2-3 minute meeting. impersonal doctors who don't listen... in case of severe trauma you were told "get a job" .... In the best case you get 1 year sick leave... 1 year is more stress than anything else..

    Had the first appointment today. Really unsatisfied! I rang them a few days ago and asked for a translater but when I got there today and visit the doctor, there was no translater while they told me they've booked. Such a liar!!! Plus, the doctor/nurse was very rude 😑

    Made contact via the e-service and got an appointment within 3 weeks. Had to go and leave samples at the lab (the nurse did what she was supposed to). Got home where I was to take samples at home myself as well. Even there I got home 3 "tubes" which were as smooth as could be. Then received information about the blood test quite quickly. Then I got to see doctor Per-Åke Karlsson. I perceived him as capable and competent and he did what I expected him to do. Had to take additional blood tests where the answer came after 2 days. All in all positive. The only downside was that I had to wait 3 weeks. Although everything turned out to be normal, I was walking around feeling a bit worried. Thank you Kville VC staff and Per-Åke

    Why can you never get care when you need it? How can you always be referred to the chat, which, by the way, is incredibly poorly coded. Getting a diagnosis without having to see a doctor, physically or digitally. When I question the whole thing, a nosy nurse replies that this is their assessment and that I can complain if I am dissatisfied. What kind of behavior is that?

    Fooled by the doctor that I am allergic to birch pollen. Quick money in the pocket and I have been very sick from the side effects of the allergy meds. The doctor claims that tests are not reliable so they are not needed and I can tell if you are allergic! The allergy test showed that I am not allergic! Johan Oledal, I hope you got a lot of money in your pay envelope. I have suffered from the side effects for several years! Never again Capio health center. Best summer in years without allergy medicine and a record amount of birch pollen in Gothenburg!

    Very nice and professional doctor. Not just throwing meds at the problem. Took her time to listen and didn't rush. It did take some time to get the appointment, but they cannot control the demand, so should not loose rank for that.

    I have never seen such an unprofessional and snotty reception at any clinic/hospital in my life as much as at Capio Kvillebäcken. How do you not know the names in English of the most basic illnesses?! In a "metropolitan Gothenburg" where many expats live and not all speak Swedish nor should they...

    I can warmly recommend this hospital. My experience with: The website The chat The nurse The appointment The reception The doctor Per Lab staff Gets 100 stars from me. I've never been around nicer staff at all levels so I'm quite shocked at what people write😳

    Terrible treatment when you come in as a patient with ASP, ADD and depression and you are obviously treated as if you are just lazy or stupid and the doctors do their best to make it so difficult and complicated for you with an accusatory tone and I leave and you have to leave feeling worse than when I arrived
