This
clinic
used
to
be
exceptional
(Scaled
with
Swedish
standards
of
public
health
care),
but
as
soon
as
the
big
umbrella
healthcare,
Capio
,
took
over
(now
it
is
called
Capio
Läkarhus
Kvillebäcken)
few
years
ago,
the
booking
possibility
dropped
dramatically.
Now
as
other
Capio
vårcentral
you
can
only
see
a
doctor
if
you
be
there
at
8
at
that
day!
and
then,
who
knows
how
long
you
should
wait.
It
seems
like
calling
and
booking
a
time
for
any
day
in
future
is
impossible!
That
was
this
disrespectful
behavior
towards
the
patients
-which
for
many
reasons
including
work,
sickness,
etc.,
may
not
be
available
at
8
-
which
forced
me
to
change
from
another
vårdcentral
owned
by
Capio
to
this
one,
before
it
was
consumed
by
devil
Capio.
Capio!
You
destroy
the
effort
of
great
doctors
and
nurses
who
work
hard.
I
see
that
people
are
unsatisfied
with
the
way
you
handle
the
situation,
and
don't
find
a
way
to
appreciate
the
effort
of
personnel.
Wasn't
it
better
if
you
limit
your
patients
to
your
capacity
and
not
based
on
"the
more
the
better"
earning
plan?
This
is
a
managerial
issue
that
they
don't
care
and
will
rely
on
over
flow
(letting
people
leave)
to
keep
the
balance.
Update:
Another
disrespectful
behavior
that
has
happened
more
than
twice
recently
is
that
they
may
give
you
a
telephone
time
(for
something
that
needs
visual
inspection!)
and
they
usually
don't
call
at
all
(that
s
ok,
maybe
it
is
an
emergency
case,
but
they
have
to
inform
and
reschedule)
If
you
don't
go
to
the
appointment,
they
rightfully
charge
you.
But
when
it
comes
to
the
same
rights,
they
just
ignore
your
complaint!
They
clearly
don't
care
about
your
health.
That
is
how
it
works.
