We had a very warm welcome to this motel. The room in which we stayed was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a small kitchenette with a sink so we did not have to fill the kettle in the bathroom. There was good parking right outside the unit. The dining room had just re-opened for dinner and we had a good meal there. It was lovely to have dinner at our home from home and not to have to travel into the town. They are not serving breakfasts yet, but we found a lovely café for breakfast. We then went on our way to Sydney refreshed after a good night.

I would recommend staying here, parking for trucks a little hard but we made it work. The room was clean and presented well. The shower was perfect after a long day on the road and I was extremely happy to find an electric blanket on the bed which made my rest even better.

Great place to stop 1.5hrs out of Sydney, rooms are clean, big shower and comfy beds. Perfect location with an adjoining bakery/cafe and service station over the road it makes for the ideal stay after a long drive up from Melbourne before going onto Sydney the next morning all refreshed.

We broke up our trip up from Griffith to Sydney to stay here. We used our NSW Accommodation Voucher & saw that the restaurant which was beside the office was open. We decided to have dinner here rather than drive into town & we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, especially the Thai fish cakes, & the staff were very friendly. The room & bathroom we stayed in were both large & spacious & the carpets had been recently changed. We liked having the small kitchenette too.

We stayed here one night on our way through to Melbourne....the rooms are spacious and cleaned so well they are immaculate! The manager's greeted us with a smile and are the nicest people you would meet...they are friendly and very efficient. It was also nice and quiet, really comfortable beds and again so clean! Enjoyed our stay with you and will definitely be back on our next trip...again thank you for your hospitality 😁

Friendly and helpful service. Very clean and well presented rooms. Plenty of parking. The bathroom towels were the softest we have ever encountered in any motel.

Was very impressed with the place. Had everything we needed. Great shower head and water pressure. Very clean. Comfy bed. Had our own meal, so that's why no star rating above. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for your friendly service. 10/10

Rooms are lovely and clean with good amenities. Wonderful hot shower. Lots of space and all the things needed to make a quick breakfast in the morning. It is a little bit further outside of town but close to the highway.

Have to give this motel 5 stars. On our late arrival receptionist was soooo helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Bed was very, very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and both the service and food were 5 star. If you are looking for somewhere to stay after a long day's drive this motel is definately worth considering.

Really comfortable beds and lovely staff, a little tricky to get back into the hotel of coming from Goulburn but not too bad. The room was really clean and the bathroom is modern. Dinner was good from the restaurant. The only thing was that the family room is right next to the smoking area so we did get some cigarette smoke into the room through the bathroom window vent. Next time would just shut the bathroom door and roll a towel up against it to manage this.

Doing a family run helping out, booked 2 rooms, excellent service, quality clean rooms. Only complaint if had one would be bit harder pillows. I had my own so was all good. Thank you for a needed rest. Was even able to accommodate car and caravan off street parking.

Loved staying here ... the rooms are neat tidy and so comfortable. Such a friendly atmosphere. We had dinner in the main restaurant and it was lovely service and fabulous food. Would 100% stay again.

Room was very clean, the spa was great after a day of driving and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate at the restraunt which was well priced and the food was very good. Happy to stay again next time we are in Goulburn

I had the misfortune of staying here in a disabled access room. First to enter the office for check in the door was too narrow for my wheelchair (this is smaller than most wheelchairs) and the second door was latched closed at the top so I had no way to reach it.. the disabled carparking although in front of the room was on a slope and the ridiculously steep and uneven ramp was in front of the car so I had to park a fair w a y back in the driveway rather than in the car spot to a chess the supposed ramp. This ramp as I tried to get to my room was so narrow and uneven it forced my wheelchair to tip and me to get injured and hit my head as well as deep grazing on my elbow.. This ramp is a death trap and I suggest anyone with a wheelchair avoid this motel. I could not use the wheelchair to access the room as it was too dangerous to use this ramp.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were a really big size and had a small kitchen which was awsome. The staff are amazing. We took my Dad to there restaurant and it was so lovely, the food was yummy and the service was awsome. We would 100 % stay here again.

Good value for money and a perfect location to stop and rest overnight after a long day of driving. The communication with the host was great, she accommodated a very late check-in for us and even left the heater on as we would have been arriving past 2am so it was pleasant to arrive to a warm, clean and cozy room after a long day on the road.

Spotless clean room. Great bed, location good. Special Thank you must go to Kellie who worked all day to clean rooms and then took on waitress in dining room, she made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the dining experience. Highly recommend this motel

Older style but very clean and comfortable. Out of the centre of town so you need to drive into town, but it's a short trip and easily done. Lovely stay, thank you!!

Great place to stay. Friendly welcome and room very clean and spacious. Booked into dining room for a meal which was delicious and beer was varied and cold. Would recommend this facility to any traveler. Easy to find and easier to remember. Great find

It's a Motor Inn, it did what it needed, we slept well. Pillows are big, so if you like flatter pillows, BYO. The parking is suitable for a camper trailer, doubt a caravan would fit.

Amazing service! We were passing through town when we realised roads home were closed due to flooding.. we needed a place to stay with the kids last minute and they were VERY HELPFUL! Amazing customer service! Clean and tidy rooms, no complaints at all!

Stayed here last nice after car was totalled by a wombat. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and even had the heater on for us arriving. The rooms were spotless with great facilities. If I were to stay in Goulburn again I would stay here for sure.

Great spacious rooms with good beds, shower has plenty of pressure, staff are great to deal with and the restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. The meals there (especially the 3 course meals for under $50) are large and delicious. Highly recommend when staying in Goulburn

We broke a long trip at this hotel. While the facilities were 'heritage' - the service was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sharon was great - she was a real host - not just a hotel manager. It was a very convenient hotel next to the highway.

Great motel with spacious rooms, terrific staff and owners are on site every day. The restaurant has the best and funniest waiter who is only too happy to do whatever it takes to make your meal special. The ONLY problem was no exhaust fans in the bathroom. It was like a London fog in there. Opening the window did nothing apart from allowing passers-by to see into your privacy. Suggest the owners install some exhaust fans into the bathroom windows

Currently staying here and can’t fault this accommodation. The customer service is great, the food is perfect and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only little thing I could say is slightly off, is the beds are not the comfiest however I have slept in worse and everything else is so great it overrides this fact! Would highly recommend!!

We stayed here one night in a family room with our two kids. The room was clean and bright and additional COVID-19 cleaning procedures were in place. Appreciated the facilities in the room - kitchen sink and microwave. Although our room faced onto the main road, there wasn't much traffic noise. It is located on the edge of town, but it is very easy to get into town by car to find something to eat. The owners were very kind, helpful and friendly.
