Very poor, we booked as a group from a running club @thesisruncru and the contrast between what you see in pictures and the actual place is appalling to say the least. A few rooms including mine had leaking toilets. Wi-Fi didn't connect, TV blurry in all rooms, how bizzare!!! We are definitely not coming back

The hospitality is always impeccable. Simon and Thabiso also go above and beyond. They always pay attention to detail. All smiles from the staff. Chef Alex had us longing for more. Rooms are clean, neat and comfortable.

A nice chill out place, so relaxing... The bar itself and the bartenders compliment each other very well. This is a weekend getaway place even when you leave next to the hotel as it is very accommodating.

Friendly staff and good breakfast but that was about all on the possitive side.

A very welcoming receptionist and mostly the security guard there sure made us safe but the room wasn't as expected.

Looks and smells old. Some renovations required

Went to check out this old jewel today for lunch, I drove up to the entrance and turned right around. It looks abandoned and rundown.

Was there for a shuttle pick up... People working there are very friendly and respectful I felt welcome I who'd recommend this place to anyone

Great services, rooms are being refurbished. On site chef caters for personal needs/dietary requirements. Hands on management. Quiet area. Large dining area, WIFI, beautiful furnishings, wheelchair friendly, beautiful garden with vegetation plantation. Perfect for corporate, can cater for small events such as baby showers

There service was very bad, upon checking in we were told our dinner comprises of 2 cold drinks and later we were told we can only have one. The rooms are soo deem and the water was soo cold I had to bath with cold water in the morning.

The reception area will deceive you. Go to the rooms, the carpets are dirty n the rooms are not clean. Worse of all there is no hot water in the room. When you complain about hot water, you will be taken to another room just to shower and you can see that a lot of people have been showering there.

The ladies at reception were very friendly, however when I got to my room the bathtub was not hygienic. I went ahead to report this to reception and once check i was told '' that's how it is''. Secondly, it took a minimum of 10-15min for the water to become hot.

I was booked by my employer at this hotel on the week of 27 _29 june. I forgot my morning sleepers in my room when leaving. I later sent some one to ask for them and to my surprise no one can locate them. I was promised a call once found, till now. So how safe is our belongings at this hotel? Is honesty and integrity part of their mission?
