We ordered for Hot & Crispy at 10:40 for Dine In but they refused to place order and then we decided to take away but then they told us that they have to close the outlet at 11:00 PM but they switched off the lights at 10:57 to prove their point. Staff is vey inefficient, we were even denied 7 minute takeaway offer. Avoid visiting at any cost.

I have ordered chicken popcorn rice bowl after a long time ...I used to love their rice bowls ...I don't know what they are up to..they have changed the whole recipe I guess and rice I was eating felt like plastic ..hard to chew ... Hardly took 2 bites ..disappointed...will never eat at KFC again ever ...

No one from the staff should refuse to take order when your closing time is 11 pm, change your closing time to 10 pm. Then we decided to place a take away, but even then they told us that they have to close the outlet at 11:00 PM and they switched off the lights at 10:57 to prove their point. The reason was the store is inefficient and would have to provide us with the 7 Minutes TakeAway Offer. We were denied 7 minute takeaway offer. Avoid visiting at any cost. Poor management, service and behaviour. KFC is a big brand, this one review might not do much, but still if someone reads they might get an idea of the service they would be looking forward to.

Manager needs to look for a job in some Dhaba. Utter mis coordination where staff can't perform due to his arrogant attitude.Complete order mismatch with just two customers.

Normally KFC ambience is good everywhere and service is quick. Here both were missing. Very untidy atmosphere and customers waiting and shift changing and hold customers waiting more than 15 minutes. Not done fast food man .

You guys should give options to customers instead of looting money 380 bucks for just a medium ( was less than small )pop corn, mojito and oner burger Make some combos under 300 and give good quantity if u want to increase ur sell otherwise it will be like this In this time , 400 rupees is a wage of daily worker n you charge for a small meal
