I usually visit this outlet once a week and i always order the pizza mania pizza's. The only reason i love dominos is that it provides pizza's at very affordable prices. Talking about the outlet, the staff is friendly and they also process the orders fast. The only thing that i dont like about this outlet is that its always dirty so i always do take away instead of dine in.

Located on Main Road Kalkaji Market, this outlet is very good. Tried from here several times. Pros: Regarding particular outlet - Great taste, as all we know, it is Dominos - Ample seating space - Quick Service - Not a dedicated Parking, but mostly available on the roadside Cons: - Very poor staff, not friendly - Cleanliness is an issue, can be better

Everytime I visit dominos i have alot of fun there but this time, it was quite different experience as this place which is in kalkaji market is not upto the mark of dominos. There were no proper cleanliness, you can see in the photo attached below. They were too slow and the main thing is that in this extreme hot weather only one AC was on and washrooms were not clean. Music was being played there but they were repeating same tune again and again. I hope they will improve a bit and speed up there services. This time I'm upset with the service of dominos

The taste of the pizza’s was at par with other dominos pizzas, so no complaints there. The seating is limited and there is bound to be a wait time. Also the seating feels very cheap. Moreover, if you are upwards of 6 people in a group, you will face difficulty in making seating arrangements. I am also not a big fan of eating out of cardboards. Dominos must seriously consider making a distinction between take away and dine in.

The crew here was very unorganized and inactive.... I had to yell out my order 3 times there. If someone is spending money on your product so you should give them the best quality as the pizza that i ordered was raw and no cheese at all ..

Today I ordered choco lava from Dominos for my kid who was at home alone and was craving for a sweet. The order was delivered on time, however when she opened the box, it was full of dead red(fire) ants. She reported the same to us by calling us and since we were out, I raised a case with Zomato and Dominos sent us replacement of it and when I reached home, I visited the outlet from where it was delivered. The staff was unapologetic and even said that replacement was already sent for it.

The Domino's dish was very good and the seating area was also perfect. You can pay by both online or cash.

Slowly and slowly they are becoming third class with customer service..,the brand who build the business on customer service is losing its value..:…called their store 10 times after placing the order to get some update…but no one is picking the call
