I went to this hospital for my mother eyes treatment there is a so called doctor Vishal Gupta he is so annoying. he did surgery of eye of my mother .he asked me to pay 28 thousand so as I did. after money is been given and surgery took place I found him unresponsive .we wanted me to wait for 3 hours in waiting room just to consult him after surgery.

The worst experience ever. The Doctors are not do politely behavior & helpful. Today my mother was went to eye checkup. And they committed an major Problem & suggest heavy test. And he said every thing is normal after the all paid test. and most important part of the survey that they given a number which can be showing maximum 1% only at present scenario. Waw" Amazing This is ridiculous.

My experience with the hospital was very satisfactory specially with Dr Sikha Mittal she is very well educated and caring about her patients. I had my mother cataract surgery she is almost 75 years old and the way Dr. Mittal handled the surgery was very satisfactory.I read here Google review about their staff misbehaviour but I didn't feel in my case as I gone through with many process like blood test, sugar rest, x-ray and ECG before the surgery and met with many staff but I never felt any kind of behaviour issue with staff even I felt that staff is very polite and caring about the patients. The surgery is also not that much of expensive it depends on the lenses cost and will give you some option to choose your lenses according your budgets. Overall surgery cost you around 30K including lens cost.

My name is Nitin Tiwari today I visit in chandiwala hospital for my sister's eye check up I came here at 7 a.m. in morning till that time I am waiting for doctor Neha Chandra who is the eyes specialist and now the time is 10:00 a.m. she didn't come yet her duty time is 9 o'clock as per the knowledge but we are waiting from last one and half hour very disappointed general service they are giving I am very disappointed... not recommended 👎

“I went to the doctor with my mother for her eye checkup and paid 250. The doctor did not pay attention to her and quickly asked us to come back on Monday for some tests that would cost around 2500 plus 500 for consultation. I wonder why he did not recommend the tests on the first day and why he wanted to see us privately. I have respect for doctors but some of them are not worthy of this profession.”

Opd never starts on time. 9 am is opd starting time mentioned everywhere but actually opd starts by 10:30 am. I asked one of workers about this he said ki doctor to 10:30 tak aate hai. As if we are free according to them. I myself is doctor but such casual behaviour by the hospital is very bad and such services should be watched and taken care off. Truly speaking I want to give them stars in negative

I have gone there for eye test, after spending 500 as OPD fee, doctor has no proper time to discuss me, I think we should choose other hospital. Hospital staff is saying we have more patient.
