I went 3 weeks back to the salon for root touch up and threading.Both of the services were not satisfying and up to the mark.The root touch which usually lasts for me till one month minimum but it started fading just after a week after I took this salon service.Also the eyebrows hair was getting visible after 4-5 days which is also very early.Also they damaged my previous shape of eyebrows. Not at all good service that too with this pricing.

I took services on 19/01/23 for Hair Wash / Pedicure/ threading , & for my mom Pedicure/Hair Touch up It was a total waste as staff started taunting during services as "sasta wala kharab service le rahe ho when basic pedicure costed around ₹500/- "& hair wash normal dry costed at ₹300/- & staff also said "travel pe ja rahe ho still ₹300 ka hairwash le rahe ho" Hairwash experience was total waste. After wash also my hair was oily. Whereas, Mom's touch up service ₹800 was ok ok coz person who applied haircolor dint do the hairdry & all so it was done different staff so again it hot messed up & wasn't good & mom also did pedicure with pack ₹800/-. Overall experience was really worst & one more thing Salon never keeps Change even if you carry ₹2000 note or ₹500 they always force you to pay through UPI only & denied card payments, I was wondering my mom didn't knew how to do UPI, I was with her so I did that but what about if she visits alone & receptionist & staff never has a smile on their faces because they judge you how much do you pay & give u a worst salon experience, When also I visited second time where last time we took ₹8000/ service still this visit was really bad. For hair services I would suggest only Pervaz is better & doesn't judge you how much you pay or anything.

BRIO has been my go to salon for over 5 years for all services, be it waxing, threading, facial, haircuts etc. Their services are top-notch and fall in budget. The staff is well trained, polite and understands client needs. Zoya is the person I get all my services from, she is very good at her work and gives genuine recommendations for anything I ask her. For haircut, I prefer Parvez, his sense of hair styling for short hair is amazing. I love his work. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a cost-friendly and high-quality service place.

Staff is well trained and polite, Definetly recommend this place. Got good hair cut from Javed.

Ohh God I should read the reviews first, the staff are not at all experienced. They just destroyed my hair, I have gone for keratin treatment but they instead me for botox treatment and fid the sane which was not at all suit in my hairs I got wavy hair within a week, but finally to get the result they done kerasmooth treatment which fully destroyed my hair, the work experience I have ever faced.

Staff isn't professional except a single employee Shohrat . For me she did a great job , was afraid so much earlier for my sensitive skin but she dealt it with such delicacy nd easiness. Doesn't felt good for hairs , opted for smoothening but still got waves on my hairs.
