Family
Suite
Room
for
my
Esteemed
Guest
for
3
Nights
from
26th
Oct
to
29th
Oct
,
at
Orion
Plaza
Nehru
Enclave
,on
the
basis
of
Trust
on
your
Team
Miss
Tina
.She
has
shown
wonderful
pics
of
Rooms
and
she
charged
of
9000/-
per
Night
and
immediately
forwarded
me
the
Room
details
and
Payment
link.
EVEN
I
SAID
her
that
the
Guest
will
be
arrived
at
hotel
and
would
pay
on
spot
but
she
showed
hotel
policy
that
We
have
to
do
the
Advance
payment
in
respect
of
holding
the
Rooms
,
So,
in
her
trust,
I
agreed
and
sent
5000
Advance
payment
against
holding
the
Rooms.
And
the
Room
charge
is
27000.
And
Guest
would
be
staying
for
Medical
purpose
but
when
the
Guest
reached
Hotel
and
saw
the
allotted
Rooms
,
he
was
totally
dissatisfied
with
the
Rooms
and
Service
because
of
Mismanagement
.And
the
photos
that
was
shared
to
them
it
was
totally
opposite,
Very
small
Rooms,
No
attendants
are
available,
No
Geysar
and
lot
of
Negative
things
are
there,
as
if
we
have
wasted
our
Money.
WHEN
THE
GUEST
IS
ASKING
FOR
THE
REFUND
OF
ADVANCE
PAYMENT,
you
are
telling
us
the
policies.
THIS
IS
ABSOLUTELY
UNFAIR.YOUR
WORK
IS
TO
GIVE
CUSTOMER
'S
SATISFACTION
AND
FIX
THE
PROBLEMS
TOO.Inspite
of
doing
this
,
you
are
charging
against
the
Customer.You
all
are
Fraud
and
playing
with
Customer
's
trust
and
Money.
