I would recommend no one should ever choose this hotel for stay.. They only have one room service boy to attend the customer. We stayed there for 3 days they haven't cleaned the room once also.. they don't provide you water, you have to request several times for providing the water. The room and washroom isn't that hygenic which you expect from a so called "3-Star" hotel. Breakfast is awful.. they only have limited 3-4 items to serve you, if you ask for anything to else apart from that 4 items they will simply deny. If you have option then go for any other hotel , my suggestion otherwise you will suffer the same which I suffered out there.

It was a very bad experience. The room was ok, but there was no hot water. There was no other room available to shift on the first day. The next day a bit of hot water was available but again got over. The breakfast was ok but again the tea was over and wasn't refilled for about half an hour. This was a very bad experience, especially for almost 5k a day and this place needs to be avoided.

Service and breakfast was perfect, the morning security guard downstairs very respectful but the hotel room itself wasn’t the best at all. Had all insects in the room and got infected by them unfortunately, told the receptionist but they didn’t do anything and on the last day they brought out sprays and told us to change room which didn’t help at all . Nonetheless hotel is ok, room was cleaned everyday to high standard and everything else was ok

I booked two rooms for 5 of us. The location was good, very close to just 5 minutes walk to the metro station Nehru enclave. Safe and good car park space. I was there with my family for one day for a wedding shopping, therefore the purpose was solved as it is close to Lajpatnagar and South ex market. I landed early morning after a long flight so was desperate for an early check in, however we were strictly advised to check in not before 1pm, but since we did not have a place to stay we spend time at the restaurant but were allowed to check in by 11:00am so that was a relief. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked a suite with one bathroom and two rooms. The food was not very impressive. Limited dishes in the breakfast buffet. Room Service was good, however slightly delayed. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Would rate it 3.5

Me and family recently stayed at the Orion plaza due to my surgery and we were blown away by the experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure that all of my needs were taken care of during my post surgical recovery. The room itself was spacious and clean. They have a restaurant that served delicious complimentary breakfast. We highly recommend the Orion plaza to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I stayed in this hotel back in February 2023 for 3 weeks. The overall it is good and the service is excellent. They still need improvement for couple areas such as the bed and pillows which were not that comfortable, the hot water was not always available. Honesty the morning breakfast is not worth as it was always the same thing. But the people working there are amazing.

I recently attended a marriage function at the Orion Plaza hotel in Nehru place, and was extremely pleased with the experience. The venue staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was some of the most delicious I've ever tasted. The decor was magnificent and made the whole atmosphere feel fit for royalty. The guests were able to view the function easily, and there were plenty of seating arrangements.

I have booked One Family Suite Room for my Esteemed Guest for 3 Nights from 26th Oct to 29th Oct , at Orion Plaza Nehru Enclave ,on the basis of Trust on your Team Miss Tina .She has shown wonderful pics of Rooms and she charged of 9000/- per Night and immediately forwarded me the Room details and Payment link. EVEN I SAID her that the Guest will be arrived at hotel and would pay on spot but she showed hotel policy that We have to do the Advance payment in respect of holding the Rooms , So, in her trust, I agreed and sent 5000 Advance payment against holding the Rooms. And the Room charge is 27000. And Guest would be staying for Medical purpose but when the Guest reached Hotel and saw the allotted Rooms , he was totally dissatisfied with the Rooms and Service because of Mismanagement .And the photos that was shared to them it was totally opposite, Very small Rooms, No attendants are available, No Geysar and lot of Negative things are there, as if we have wasted our Money. WHEN THE GUEST IS ASKING FOR THE REFUND OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, you are telling us the policies. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR.YOUR WORK IS TO GIVE CUSTOMER 'S SATISFACTION AND FIX THE PROBLEMS TOO.Inspite of doing this , you are charging against the Customer.You all are Fraud and playing with Customer 's trust and Money.

The location was awesome.They made sure that all of my needs were taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept soundly throughout my entire stay. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch, including a fitness center, pool, and on-site restaurant that served delicious food.

I stayed here for 6 nights earlier this month (July 2023). The hotel is ok only in terms of location. NOT in terms of stay or comfort. The rooms are ‘meh’, Not worth the money paid for or the price listed. There are better hotels nearby just a 1000 INR more but monumentally better rooms and greatly improved service and unlike this hotel they include morning breakfast. Unfortunately the good “reviews” for this place are misleading. Detailed examples: 1. Firstly the pictures of the rooms are misleading … they maybe ok for 2 but not 3. However they still gave us that room for three people and an infant. 2. Once they did not clean our rooms when we went out in the morning, and they reasoned that we left with our keycard. All hotels I have stayed in use a master key to unlock and clean the rooms. 3. It was summer in Delhi and we had to repeatedly ask for drinking water bottles as they put only 3 small ones in our rooms for 3 people and an infant in the morning . 4. One night the AC stopped working for a whole floor and they were not able to get it back up running the whole night. 5. The toiletries were non existent after first day. And the soap and shampoo containers in the washroom smelled rancid. Even though the staff are nice and tried their best, It was an uncomfortable experience. As it seemed they had only so much of resources they could use. The hotel management need to look into this.

Have stayed for a day. The staffs are polite. Had ordered dinner and it was really tasty but the complimentary breakfast was very average. Do not know the reason why the complimentary breakfast is not as good as the ala-carte. Rooms are clean, AC was working fine. Since am new to New Delhi, couldn't comment about the location.

We booked a double room suite and the rooms were quite spacious and neat. The food was really good and was reasonably priced as well. Staff's service was good too. The only limitation was that the basic room amenities were not sufficient as per the number of occupants. Overall a short and comfortable stay!

Worst beds. Gave body ache. Couldn't sleep because of pathetic pillows and two single beds joint as one and they call it as single large bed but the wooden gap between two beds hurts your body when you move around.

The room and bathroom floor was dirty. Have found roaches moving around in bathroom. Do not understand the use of curtain in the bathroom removal of which would allow to watch some one taking shower. Remember, still have a glass barrier. Hallway was dirty. Saw dirty plates left for long time in front of guest rooms. Saw a dirty spoon next to the door if the room we stayed before we moved in and even at the time of checkout although we did not ask for home service. The carpets of the hallway looked like never cleaned. Breakfast was of poor quality and lack of variation. When you have paratha you need also dal (lentils) or shabji (vegetables). The staff at front desk was helpful. Overall, although located near to a metro station, this hotel is not probably a family friendly one.

I regret to share that our stay at The Orion Plaza Hotel in Delhi was quite disappointing. The absence of hot water was a significant drawback, with lukewarm water provided at a fixed schedule during winter at Delhi. The room conditions were subpar, marked by dustiness and broken furniture and lightings , not reflective of a 4-star establishment. The steep price of INR 4500-7500 per night did not align with the lacking hospitality and overall experience. Despite a 6-night stay due to an event commitment, the overall feeling was one of extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction.

TVs couldn't operate even after repeated requests, Tea and coffee sachets were there in tray but no kettle, no hot water. Complementary Water bottles were at room temperature, when we asked cold water , they asked for money

Only pro is its location. It was right in the center of Nehru place. However the room was untidy and hot water facility was not available when I went there. Service can be rated between poor and bad. Their cab service was the worst though. The driver was irresponsible and was looking to loot when there's a chance. Be super careful before making any payments.

We stayed in family suite in Kalkaji. Lower than expectations and pictures. Plus part is that the rooms were spacious, clean. But pricy for the experience we got as a whole, especially when you enter the hotel. Mattress for one of the bed was very old. Very basic room only. Also location wasn't great

In this setting, the ambiance is pleasant. It was a pleasure to din here. An ideal location for a romantic evening. After a thorough cleaning, the area was sanitized and disinfected.

Ambience is very good. And the dinning experience was good. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is cordial and helpful.

This is the best place for dine in as the food was so amazing and the service was super fast. I recommend you to visit this place and try once.

I booked a long stay here. Place looked okay at arrival and that's when things started to get worse. I entered the room and was given a beautiful room but spotted a cockroach as soon as I entered. Things started to become a little shady after spending a night. The staff is not polite or courteous at all. It feels like goons trying to be polite if you know what I mean. I went out for lunch and when I came back - my room was open with no prior notice. The not so polite cleaning guy told me if you don't need the service then inform at reception and that's when I decided to save my experience and move into a 5 star property wasting money unnecessarily. Please think twice specially if you are traveling along with your partner.

All things are good but the Geasure was not working in the hotel, because no seprate geasure in rooms.

Do not judge the book by its cover. I was on my official visit and we were given at twin sharing bed in room number 408. Room was neat and clean. It had enough lights, natural and LEDs. The room had only one switch,which meant either you live with flooded lights or in total darkness. The jet shower was broken,which was replaced after an hour. Refrigerator space was empty, so they brought one , on request. By 10 pm, the water supply stopped, which came after 7am next day. Food plates were cleared, but table was left as it is. The waiter never bothered to come back. Complimentary breakfast was served at room and it was good. In fact, dinner was also good. So, if you feel like eating, come to their Blue Parrot restaurant. For staying, there are quite a few options nearby.

Rooms were quite nice with an amazing view. Must try their breakfast buffet spread. Would suggest to book rooms with dining option since ordering from their menu is quite expensive. Overall had an amazing stay.

We stayed at the Orion Hotels, Greater, Kailash for one night only. The rooms were spacious and clean toilet and bathroom. Hotel pricing was good if you compared with other hotels in Delhi. Service provided by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Yet it is located in a quiet area and there was no disturbance at night whatsoever. I liked this hotel will recommend to my friends.

Orion hotel is ideally located very close to shopping areas. The hotel seems to have seen better days but the rooms and bathrooms are surprisingly expansive as per Delhi's standards. Rent also does not seem too high. Breakfast is not free and it is best avoided since it is nothing great. Hotel service was very efficient and prompt.

We went to a very important family reunion. The hotel was a quiet place to get away from the busyness of the city centre. The smelliest and cleanest floor was the main floor. When we got there, Jan made us feel like we were guests in his home.
