Have visited this outlet at Kalkaji multiple times. The food is good, the service can be made better. Recently went there and had a Kartik Aaryan meal which was good! The outlet have pretty decent space as well which is in the first floor, which may be used to host small birthday parties as well. Though the restroom there didn't had a lock for some reason. Hope they have fixed it.

My friend and I went on a Sunday and anticipated that it would be extremely crowded, and it was. However, the staff was very efficient with the speed of the order as well as managing tables. As soon as customers were getting up, tables were cleaned and made available for the next customer. We didn't have to wait for tables to get empty/clean. The washrooms had a janitor on duty and were clean. A very well kept branch of the franchise.

Order in touch skin kiosk …. Though people struggling a bit with whole process , service was fast not need to be que , rather order seat relax get your food have it ….. happy mac

Sab kuch badiya....very convenient self order system.... seating is upstairs....but in my cold drink glass ice cubes were more than coke 😭 and parking is an issue in this market.

I have had food here several times and I am impressed with the service and the atmosphere. Food quality is also good but the quantity can be improved.

Nice place but staff need to be more trained. Service is a little poor. Today I am experienced and the same is informed to the front end to improve.

Too much order loading, delay in delivery or handover of items. Half are given first, then another half Items later. All clients are standing at pickup counter First time saw such loose handling of orders & clients. McD tighten up ur grip. Staff was courteous but order processing was poor.
