After a long tiring day ,itna swadish south Indian food ki mazaa hi aagaya. We started with Dahi vada it was 10/10 . Uff itna soft , yummy muh main jaate hi Kahan Gaya pata hi nahin chala. Then we had Malabar parantha with masala dosa .with 2 coffee at the end for final touching. Everything was perfect Food 10/10 perfect taste, texture,spices,oil and swaadd Service -10/10 quick,they take care of every small thing (sambhar,chutney,and yes of cutlery too) Atmosphere 10/10 perfect place for authentic South Indian food at a very reasonable price. I checked my bill twice ,aaj tak kabhi itna kaam nahin aaya isliye 😅😂 Thank you team Naivedyam for serving food 🙏

A great place to have perfect South Indian food. This place has a very cosy ambiance. All age bar will enjoy good food and spending time here. -Decent enough food... this is what you get in North India if you order a South Indian dish 😅 it's definitely not authentic South Indian taste (which is way much better) but I'd say it's decent enough. -Parking is a problem. -Service is great. No issues there. -Ambience is good too. Plenty of space. Suitable for family, friends or couples. Overall worth a try.

Naivedyam is always a safe bet. This time, we ordered a thali, rawa masala dosa, and filter kapi. All the dishes tasted well, and the thali surprisingly was the winner.

Naivedyam situated in Kalkaji serves authentic South Indian food in traditional way with Banana leaf on the plate it enhances the look as well as the taste of the food. A welcome drink was served as a complimentary drink which really tasted good. Ordered a Mysore masala dosa and Onion masala dosa followed by filter coffee and lemon soda as well as sambar wada. The taste was good and worth the money.Enjoyed the meal. Nice place to visit with family and friends.

Star dosa ,palak dosa and mysore masala dosa were too good! Staff behaviour is 5star!! Cons: quantity is not apt for price but i liked the taste, Idli was not tht soft, I don't know why u have problem in giving boondi for BBB? Coz the price u kept for BBB (bisi bele bath) can actually come with a full packet of boondi itself!

Excellent food and service. Appams and idliappams are not being served currently but their butter masala dosa is sinfully good. Filter coffee after a good meal is highly recommended. Best enjoyed with fellow foodies!

One of the Best Place to have South Indian Food. They serve you with either rasam(traditional hot n spicy drink) or chaas(buttermilk) with zero charges, thats is, free of cost. Food is served on a plate with a banana leaf which is again a tradition followed in Southern part of India. The ambiance is 5/5 with family crowd, light background music and with traditional painting on the walls. Food is way to delicious and lip smacking and I'm sure you'll fall in love with South Indian food.❤

Delicious food, with authentic touch of South Indian ambience

The ambience is amazing. With the classical music, it gave me the right vibe. The taste of the food was absolutely traditional. Two idli were sufficient for me make my stomach full (I'm a low appetite person). The welcome drink is so worth that I could swallow everything with a flavour of it. Mysore paak and never been seen before Idli's you can see in the pictures.

The seating capacity at this restaurant has recently been expanded, as they have added an upper floor now. This has put an end to the endless waits in long queues, to get a table here. While this is good news for the loyal customers of this restaurant, we were not very pleased with the food this time, and the service could have also been better. The Rasam, for starters, which is served like a welcome drink during winter, was super spicy. Next, the Mysore Plain Dosa was also extremely spicy and the chilli simply masked all the other flavors in it. The staff was nice enough to replace it though, with plain Dosa, which was a welcome relief. The taste was pretty good, but the chutney had less coconut and more daal in it, and the Sambar was almost insipid and barely had any daal in it! We ended the rather unsatisfactory meal with Kesari Baath, which was way too sweet and had very sour chunks of pineapple in it. Overall, the meal was quite a disappointment. Besides, one of the waiters couldn't seem to understand basic words and requests and kept bring the wrong things and taking essential things like the chutneys away, for no reason. The menu seems to have changed a bit; earlier they used to have Appam, which is unfortunately, no longer there. However, one good thing about the food is that minimal oil is used, which is great for those who are calorie conscious. All said and done, Naivaidyam seems to have lost it's quality. One can only hope that they do something quickly and work on giving a better culinary experience to their customers.

Naivedyam resonates with Authentic South Indian Food. There is not a single item on the menu which will not leave a lasting taste in your mouth and affects your mind in the way that you will not like the taste of South Indian food anywhere else. Sarvana Bhawan is the only competitor. If you talk about prices, they are quite reasonable : 1000 for a family of 4.

Fantastic South indian Food , Dosa - dahi vada , chutney , Sambhar everything is good. Sitting is little ok. Dahi vada , and paper dosa is personal favourite and highly recommended. Staff is also Good

I personally liked the place and the food. The service is of top quality. The menu is also price worthy and not over expensive. This gives this place a great restaurant to try South Indian food.

One of the most authentic places in Delhi to have South Indian cuisine. Restaurants in general do not have a good taste of food in Delhi, let alone South Indian. But to find a place with such an authentic taste, super quick service and healthy ambiance is bliss. Must visit for someone craving South Indian food in Delhi.

Good south indian vegetarian restaurant.

Lost its sheen...not what it used to be, or perhaps, more authentic places have opened up, which make them look average. The sambhar and dosas were very average. Chutneys were minimal, just coconut.

The best with Indian food we've had in a long time. We live in the US now, and I were about to visit Sona restaurant in Nehru place, when Google reviews of this place brought us here. Sure enough we were delighted. We so wanted to bring the rest of our larger family to this place. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended for the amazing authentic cuisine. However, taking away 1 star because of a silly thing - they stop making my favourite Maharaja Thali items at 3 pm sharp, no matter how many customers are in waiting. That's such a rigid anti-customer policy!

For one second don’t trust the one star reviews. We have been going to this place for nearly thirty years. This is a superb South Indian restaurant. Very clean and very sweet staff. Every dish is packed with taste and flavours. Never had a tummy ache or shall I say Delhi Belly because I live in sunny (not so) London. Keep it up Nivedyam.

I really like naivedyam. The food here is tasty and authentic however I went to naivedyam at Kalkaji and they charged me for rasam and papad which is complementary actually everywhere else at naivedyam

It was earlier cosy and nice but it has temporarily shifted to ground floor so it is little bit unorganised and uncomfortable. Yet the cuisine is very authentic and tasty. Visit once and experience for yourself.

You can visit here if you don't like spicy food. The flavours were a little bland. Rasam was great. All others items that I had ordered lacked some punch that a typical north Indian is used to. Even for a South Indian food, I found flavours to be lacking a little.
