I am sharing my review after working with them for almost 2 months and trust me they were able to provide leads to us but failed miserably in providing quality leads. I am working in Travel industry for a decade now and as I wanted to increase lead flow in my company as we expanded so i thought to you use their lead services but to be frank and honest i am able to generate much better leads myself as compared with tripshelf who really lagged behind in giving potential leads who actually wanted to book or travel. The biggest problem with all these travel lead generation companies is that they cannot understand difference between lead and a quality lead. My team has wasted time in working on leads which doesn't have a budget for going to Europe and those clients end up asking for quotes for Thailand which is not out priority. For all those companies who wish to generate leads , i suggest them not to use them at all and rather work on your system of lead generation via Google, content marketing and other digital means. Tripshelf is really a waste to time and money.

Fraud, they just connects us to small tour organisations which are registered with some other names as lot of complaints and legal issue are already done against this organizers.Even after payment 6 months prior to the trip dates,our air ticket came just 5 days prior to trip and hotel confirmation just 3 hrs before our journey began that also after many followups.In the start 4 star hotel was confirmed but later it was degraded to 2 start hotel. Extreme mental trauma and harassment by the tour organizer and no support from tripshelf. We are in total loss as we had to pay extra & arrange for the sightseeing our self and even 70% of the hotel money was payed by us during check out as organizers dint make payments for the rooms. Tripshelf and the organizer totally disconnected from us when we were stuck in foreign lands, they stopped receiving our calls. Now when we are calling to refund our money the organizer is reverting with new new dates every time and also using harsh and bad language. Think 100 times before you book any tour from tripshelf.

Tripshelf Looks like a Scam, they promise leads to small travel companies and then keep them busy in giving them irrelevant leads and then when asked for refund they vanish. also once the payment is made they are least responsive.. and will hardly answer your calls... My Wife's Travel company bought their services for our leh season however they start giving fake leads and leads of other destination...

Useless company, useless leads. They will call you to buy the package and once you buy it, they will disappear. One month later they will start sending you leads of which most are fake. They will dissolve their calling portal and will ask you to communicate only through email. Email them and they won't reply. Take this advise and thank me later. Rather spend money on organic marketing.

Hi, overall experience was nice. BUS service was good. Our trekking guide Vikram helped us a lot while trekking. But, needs transparency in booking charges, and complete itinerary before booking. As it was told to us that, one way taxi charges includes in package but we have to pay 150 extra per person, and we have to dopay both side taxi chargez. and food quality in dinner was not good. Breakfast was ok. Our tour captain was busy with few person only throughout the trip. He should need to pay attention to each whether they r comfortable in trekking or not.

Highly unprofessional. They don’t communicate with clients, only through third party. And when we ask for contacting person from tripshelf they dong allow to share their numbers!! No proper bills are provided for the payment!!! Thank god we got the money refund, Pls stop sending your useless promotional msgs!!

I'm thankful to Tripshelf. They made my Dubai holiday so awesome & hassle free. Initially I was a bit skeptical, was thinking to Book with them or not, Seen few good reviews of them as well as few bad reviews. But there representatives as well the Travel agent who they connected to me convinced me to go with them. They listen to my requirement with patience. And today I don't regret at all. I can bet that if I would have gone with some company to my Dubai trip, it would not have been such a great experience, from the Visa/Otb to Hotel stay , food , & surely the special requests I mentioned for the sightseeing. Thank you once again Tripshelf and their agent Bani Holidays for making my Holiday such a great one.

I had taken a trip with a few friends to McLeod Ganj and Dharamshala in November, 2016. Heard about Tripshelf from a couple of friends, who had booked a trip through them earlier that year. The guys there were very thorough and helpful. I had expected to speak to a travel agent who'll help me book my trip, but later realized that these guys worked with a bunch of such travel agents. This in turn helped with them customizing my trip, tailor made to my preferences, as they got more than one agent on board to help with arranging everything. Everything held up to our expectations, even with our tight budget. Would definitely book future trips with these guys.

I would like to brief you about my experience with Tripshelf. We were two couples that went for New Year gateway trip. Pros - Good Hotel Con - Pathetic bus travel experience; onward ticket cancelled, and we not informed before hand. Thereafter, we ourself booked the travel ticket. Nobody cared to inform us about the cancellation. This was when we started our journey. - On the day of return, I have followed up with the tour operator about the bus no and company. They didn't cared to provide me the details of the bus before hand. - We were four people, the site seeing car car was Alto. Should have given us something better than this as we paid good some of money to them. - That was not over, the drop was in Maruti Onmi. We kind of squeezed ourself in the car. Definitely, it would have been a better trip if I have booked this myself. Please don't book from this website.

I booked my trip to Goa with Tripshelf. One thing that really intrigued me was how understanding these guys are. They delivered the exact trip i was hoping for. They dont know how to talk with travel agent . I called about the package . He talked with me very rudly. You can imagine once got the lead from then how they will treat with you. Pathetic service.

Horrible leads. We bought their package and got zero conversion. Stay away from this company.

These are fraudsters they do not provide quality leads . I suggest every company not to invest in such fake companies. Tota waste of money and time
