Horrible experience. I’m a doctor and running my own health centre.They took 15000 from us and till half an hour did not start any treatment. It took 15 mins for me to explain to gastroenterologist who seemed to be asleep and did not even take my history properly. He did not even examine me.No treatment was started for 1 and half hour.Now I’m sitting here and trying to refund my money. They have charged us for gastrologist consultation and no treatment given.

I am visiting the Hospital since last 3 days as one of the Attendant to my brother who is admitted for Heart Bypass Surgery. I am shocked at incidents I am hearing in the Recovery Room 1 n 2. Casual almost careless attitude of nurses inside. Nurses busy talking amongst themselves and ignoring critical patients inside. The air inside the Recovery rooms and common passage n sitting areas outside so hot that people sweat. Hot areas bread bacteria but hospital authorities not bothered. They seem to conserve energy n money.

Very satisfied with the treatment and care. I would recoomemd this hospital to anyone bit costly though . but its good . All nurses behavior also very good. They were very helpful. Room no - 408.

Hospital isn't a place to visit at your will but atleast the experience should be good whenever you go. I visit this hospital annually and always had a great experience. The health checkup are quite good and management staffs are trained. The cleanliness and space is appreciable. Highly recommended for annual health packages.

I am appalled by the service I received at Fortis Escorts Diagnostics Lab. I had given a blood sample for AFB Culture Test, which is a crucial test for detecting tuberculosis. They billed me 1620 rupees for the test, and gave me an invoice and a reference number. However, after two months of waiting, when I contacted the lab to check on my report, they denied that they had ever taken my sample. They claimed that they had no record of my invoice, reference number, or sample, and that I must have gone to some other lab. They refused to admit their fault or offer any apology or compensation for their blunder. They also insulted me and accused me of lying and trying to cheat them. I was stunned and furious by their attitude. They not only lost my sample, but also wasted my time and money, and endangered my health. They are a pathetic service and a disgrace to the Fortis brand. I had to calling and visit them numerous times 1.5 months to get my refund, which was a hassle and a stress for me. I had to repeat the test at another lab, which cost us more money and delayed my sisters diagnosis and treatment. I do not trust this lab at all, and I'll will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Today 19th March 2023 i went emergency ward of Fortis escorts because lot of pain in whole body because I am suffering from sugar since 11 years... I reached near 11 pm and treatment was started after 2 hours... And the emergency doctors names is Rustam and arshad are very unprofessional, untrained like medical 1st year students ... They behaved very cheaply and rude with me and i was as a patient felt very shocked 😳... In fact sisters was awesome and looks more educated and with nice behaviour lols but the doctor rustam the fatty guy and arshad was very very very unprofessional and cheap... Even government hospital emergency doctors are far better then this costly Fortis escorts hospital ... In 19 may 2023... I can see the Fortis escorts future now 😂
