The place wasn't full. The food ordering service was smooth. The menu has many options. The food is moderately priced. After ordering, it didn't take more than 20 minutes to get the food. The staff kept checking if everything was fine. The service was excellent😅. The food was tasty. The portions were filling and one could only stop when the plate is clean🙈. Nothing to spare at Spur. The ambience was good. It was cute seeing them sing for someone who had a birthday. Overall, the experience was great.

The restaurant was packed when we entered. Initially, the waitress wasn't too helpful when we got to our seats (with the blinding sun shining right into the restaurant) Once the actual waiter came over, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait extremely long.

I have never waited so long at a Spur. Food was good and the cappuccino was not good. The waiter provided us with terrible service. Behind us they were standing and laughing but she was too busy chatting to get our bill ready. So we waited and waited. Eventually I asked the manager to get the bill for us. At a stage we could not even hear each other as the waiters were laughing and talking to each other. Maybe we were not good enough to get the service we were supposed to. Spur - no thank you. Will not visit you again.

We arrived at the door, and no one acknowledged us besides the rest of the other people. Only after a few seconds did someone arrive. The waiter took us to our table and we placed our order the atmosphere was something else music was too loud and the rest of the people were literally talking above their tone felt as if I was situated in a tavern. Our drinks arrived after waiting a whole 45 minutes for our meals. I ordered a steak, and it was cold where other Spur's offer the hot plate. My partners meal was horrible he even mentioned that the after taste he got from the burger patty, I was not sure if it was rotten. Our chips were cold on top of that, and the cutlery was dirty. The waiter that served us (for a few seconds) was nowhere to be found it was the first time that I hadn't tipped someone as the entire SERVICE WAS PATHETIC I'd rather recommend the other Spur's they definitely deliver GREAT SERVICE.

I don't often go to a Spur, but this time, I was amazed! My 1st choice was a neighbouring restaurant, but I walked out of there, due to lack of service. We were hungry, so chose River Hawk Spur. Wow, Wow, Wow, simply amazing! Our server, Mandi, was amazing! She was so attentive, she was simply the best! I had the Goodie Burger, my old fave from the 80's, glad it's still on the menu. My Fellow diners had the Rib Burger, which they polished off. It was a great meal. It was great meal and experience. I can highly recommend this Spur.

Shortly after ordering our lunch, our daughter, who was in your play area came back with a broken arm claiming she was pushed down a slide. On top the fact that you first denied that her arm was broken, you did not help in any way to even cover the ambulance that you ordered for us. Claiming that it was not your fault yet your attendant at the play area was available and watching the kids. We have always received a very warm and peaceful environment at others spurs but this was the first and last time I will ever come.

Rump steak was done perfectly. Steak could be a bit more tender. Othervise all was good and pleasant.

Always a warm welcome when the Manager assists the waiter to ensure good service. Breakfast was good and service too! We would definitely recommend Spur Boardwalk
