What an awesome experience at this CrossFit Box! Went to watch a friend compete and the vibe and atmosphere was so encouraging! The coaches were so friendly and provide all the information in joining up, classes times, how they operate and invited us to a free morning session at 8:30 on a Saturday! They have programmes for all kinds of individuals and mend the workouts depending on your needs or past injuries. Anyone wanting to give it a try, go past on a Saturday 8:30am and get some more information

Incredible location. This gym has great equipment and is well laid out. The staff are extremely helpful and the change rooms are fantastic. I wish I could train here more often. This VA is sublime

It's all money making here..soon they might start charging to greet a person at the counter.. Guy's at the floor would ignore you even if they notice you exercising wrong.. Equipment are good.. Great view.. Only time someone would speak to you is when they want to sell you booster pack 😂😂

Literally came with a friend to do an instalation at Kuaia and the Lady at the entrance(Dreadlocks and Reading glasses) profiled us as being gangsters because we Coloured, Virgin Active great vibe but your front of house staff zero stars

I booked a kick class for Monday, 21 Sept but when i got to the humewood virgin active club in P.E they told me the class is full. Why book for the class, if its on first come first served basis. I'm beyond upset, speechless 💔😡😡😡

Fantastic place to go if you want to be involved in a community with similar goals. The workouts are challenging, yet enjoyable and the coaches are highly qualified.

Super friendly and helpful people. One of the best crossfit classes I have been to.

Covid rules are followed, one more thing that was a tuen off though, is the fact that they do not have water inside. How do you train without water. Otherwise everything is good. I felt very safe.

It's okay but there's no visibility of cleaning staff like in other Clubs such as Silo. During the COVID 19 pandemic scare, equipment should be sanitized as much as possible

Bad reception I received when I had taken my some to swimming lessons. The guy at the reception refused me access saying that the instructor will supervise my 10yr old child and he is granting me access just this one time yet our pool was closed for the weekend At Greenacres.

Fitness cardio, muscle gaining, swimming all your fitness needs and goals can be achieved here!

Enjoyed my time here, floor staff were always friendly and encouraging. However, there is a lack of available equipment and space especially during peak times. Also, be sure to read the fine print of the contract as we were lied to by the management. We were promised that no other payment would go off after a cancelation fee was made at the correct time, however we were still charged a pro rata fee regardless. Thanks for that.

Its nice however. There are a few issues. They seem to have a lot of problems with their hot water. Their Kauai is the worst I have ever experienced. However there staff are awesome. To name a few Darryl, Merl's and Chantel.

Health gym

This one star is for the view that this gym has, besides that, it is average. Constant hot water and air con problems. Gym is stinky and seems like there is never fresh air. You would be lucky if staff greet you on a good day.

CrossFit Valley road is an amazing gym. They truly make you feel like family and you always feel cared for. Anyone can join at any level of fitness and they support your journey without putting any pressure on you. The focus is placed on improving your technique with all movements in order to prevent injuries, before you even start using weights. You can see great results in your fitness level early on and I would highly recommend for everyone, even beginners.

My go to CrossFit Box! The staff and coaches are excellent. The gym is well maintained. The workout programs are absolutely stellar, you will have a hard time finding better ones. Overall a great place to get fit and stay healthy!!!
