The restaurant is a must when in proximity of Nürtingen. A former coal cellar transformed in a very nice restaurant, with walls and its bowed ceiling in stone, dimmed illumination and the typical German wooden furniture & decoration. The menu is basically composed of local dishes - which you should stick to. Although there are some exotic offers the quality here resides in the local German dishes. The staff is welcoming and charming. Go for it, but do reserve in advance.
