Very bad customer service, no answer on the phone, I've been trying by mail and phone call since days to change the delivery address with no success. My order number is 015969889447. I would like to take this comment out of the list if only someone from the company could do something!

I have nothing but good things to say about My poster. Good prices, quality work, well packaged and swift delivery. It doesn't get much better than that. My German is none existent, so I have to translate using an online dictionary, but that's no big deal...

Excellent quality and colors, very good protected and packed for transport. It came as well very fast to my home address in Austria.

I ordered 10*15 photos and there was an option to add a box to the order. I opted that in but that was like a trap. I got smaller size photos because the box was small and they printed smaller photos because of that. There was a warning on top of the page but I didn't think it was important so i didn't translate it. Why add an option while it doesn't match my original order?!

I made a memorial album for my pet who passed away. Very happy with the result. Good quality in the album, the design is the same as the one I did. The price on the website is very good (compare with other sites before making the decision) Only the waiting time to receive the package was a bit long for me. But I will use them again in the future.

Purchased 4 canvas prints on a wooden frame, they're looking great! Print quality is excellent - you don't see pixels even on large pictures with 1,2m length... tho I send them images with 4k and 8k resolution. Insane value for your money if compared to Displate, you get more wall space covered for less money. Also since they're on a frame they're removed from the wall wich makes them look more massive. They also make custom sizes for unique aspect ratios.
