I'm sorry but I was not happy with the service for several reasons: I had appointment at 18:30 but you started my work at 19:00 I booked 30 minutes for 18 euros but you got me 25 euros You trimmed sides of my head without asking me There is no one there who speaks a bit English You shampoo my hair with a very cheap material which made my hair dry so it was hard to comb and cut

Very good experience as it was my first visit of Germany. I like the place, vibe and music. It's no problem if you don't speak German, they will understand you.
