Maximum provider fits - maximum bad! Update 2024: again adjusted visiting rules including mask requirement. When will this juice shop finally understand that the pandemic is long over? Update 2023: Siblings are still not allowed to visit the maternity ward. The pandemic has long been history, but the clinic still wants to keep annoying visitors at bay. The store is disgusting!

I would like to appeal to the hospital management to put an end to the well-founded negative experiences about the hospital and the unprofessional staff. It was negative, grotesque and completely absurd that you are not allowed to stay in the room next to your wife during labor, even though there is no one in the room. I was sent away at night around 5:30 a.m. (just before shift change) while my wife was dying. After 2 hours it was already time and I had to quickly go back and into the delivery room. The midwife was very experienced, sensitive and courteous, which is extremely important during the first birth. Unfortunately, the treatment in the ward was extremely harsh and disrespectful, which had a very negative impact on overall well-being. We therefore decided to say goodbye early 6 hours after the birth. As a woman who has just given birth, it is better to have more pain than stress. After I asked the nurse next to her colleagues about her misconduct, she quickly made it clear that this bad treatment was intrinsic. Please sensitize your employees about sensitivity and “coming calmly after the birth”. We will neither use nor recommend this hospital in the future. If you want to have a stress-free birth, you should stay away. Please sort out the 20% of the staff who are responsible for the majority of the problems, such as the poor working atmosphere and the constantly depressing atmosphere. It's better to have fewer employees than to have those who harm the whole thing.

I gave birth to my daughter there on May 9, 2022 and was admitted to the hospital 2 days earlier and I was more than satisfied. I was in a different hospital with my first child and I wasn't treated nearly as kindly. Everyone is very nice and competent, especially the midwives were really great (before and during the birth). I would like to say a special thank you to the midwife Klara, who brought my little mouse into the world and always had a kind word to say! Thank you thank you :-) I really felt like I was in good hands! Thank you very much for that!

This hospital is underground! My daughter came to the hospital with a ruptured membranes in the 34th week of pregnancy, where she was initially put off in the waiting area for 6 hours. When she was finally examined, they said they would wait a little longer and then initiate an induction, now they say no induction before 38 weeks despite a ruptured membranes and bleeding and less child movement. They would rather pump my daughter full of antibiotics 3 times a day and this should continue for 4 weeks. After the child is cared for, you only check every 6 days and every doctor tells you something different and no one is willing to find a solution that everyone agrees with. Just cheeky. This borders on failing to provide assistance. If you don't necessarily have to go to this hospital, you should definitely avoid it.

(Translated by Google) An impossible deal. My wife went there three times during her pregnancy. Either you couldn't help or you didn't want to. Covid restrictions were used as an excuse not to engage with her or me. The surrounding clinics show that normal interaction with patients and relatives is also possible during the restrictions.

I gave birth to our twins there in November 2023 and can't understand the bad reviews. Due to numerous complications during the pregnancy, I was hospitalized several times and regardless of whether it was the midwives in the delivery room, the doctors and senior physicians or the staff on the ward, everyone was always super nice. You were always informed and all questions were answered and explained. Unfortunately, the birth didn't go as smoothly as planned, but everything was immediately put in place to ensure that the twins were well. I was informed about every step and was allowed to decide for myself. Maybe some people who leave a bad review should question themselves about how they feel about the staff - like calling into the forest, that's what comes out 😉 I can recommend this clinic to everyone and we were super satisfied! 1,000 thanks again to the whole team!

Don't give birth there. My bladder broke from Thursday to Friday night. Unfortunately the Marienstift was full and I had to go to Celler Straße. I started bleeding on Friday, which is a sign of placental abruption. Despite asking for a drip and painkillers, I received neither. Instead, liters of antibiotics, and I had to struggle with the consequences for weeks. Even though the contractions kept coming, I was only given Buscopan to help me sleep. On Sunday an experienced midwife finally took pity on me and gave me a contraction drip and ordered the epidural. Within 3 hours I was at 9cm. But my child wasn't lying properly, there was no more amniotic fluid and there was hardly any supply left, the placenta had detached. After 3 days, no wonder. The cesarean section was then sold to me as planned. Things got even worse after the cesarean section. I had my catheter and access pulled before I stood up. I said my circulation wasn't the best. I collapsed from the pain and the access and catheter had to be re-placed. It took 3 attempts to gain access. The doctors had zero empathy and just said that I had to get up. I asked that the catheter not be removed until I could stand up. The doctor: “He’s coming out, get along.” What was positive was the care of the sisters. Really super sweet and caring, despite a lot of stress and understaffing

Our son was born here in November 2023. Unfortunately we had a 3-bed room, which was very tiring. The staff, both in the delivery room and in the postpartum ward, were always helpful and friendly. We felt well looked after.

First of all: we had a very traumatic birth of our 1st (!) child and I would like to say we only got through it so well BECAUSE of the great midwives and the quick-acting doctors there! There was a predominantly young team in the delivery room the week we were born, very surprising HOW young, sometimes you wouldn't suspect that this was the doctor - but everyone was super nice and prepared. The change was sometimes a bit annoying for me personally, even if everyone was always prepared and knew the files, we still had to explain each other every now and then -> special thanks to a young (blonde) student who at this time (this week ) worked in the delivery room - she took away my fears and she guided me through the delivery room very routinely. In general, thanks again to everyone on duty from December 27th, 2023 to December 28th, 2023 in the delivery room! And a special thank you to midwife (student?) Luca and the (younger) sister on duty - because of you we persevered 🫶, the surgical team (especially anesthesia) - thank you for your quick action AND the night and early shift nurses - you hold everything together and run the ward - you took touching care of our little one when I couldn't ♥️ All the sisters on duty there on the above date HELPED us SO. Even when admitted for induction on December 26th. A blonde lady left the station completely alone - respect and thanks 🙏 Of course, there were also isolated people in some situations who did/said or instructed questionable things - this is certainly the case everywhere - we had the feeling with these isolated people that it was too much to handle - they still did their job - just that not as heartily as others have done.

I gave birth to my daughter here in August 2021 at 41 weeks pregnant. In the 38th week of pregnancy I was already in the ward for three days due to complications. The nurses and midwives who looked after me were very nice and extremely competent. They answered all my questions patiently, helped me straight after the birth and made it very easy for me to start having a child. After a night in the hospital I went home. Since my daughter developed a fever the next night, we went there again after consulting the nurse and we were immediately given competent help. The doctor who looked after me immediately after the birth and also did the examination the day after the birth was a bit unfriendly, but still very competent. All in all, I can't understand the bad reviews, everything was fine for me. And another big thank you to the midwives and nurses - you're doing a great job!!!

Administrative staff need to be trained on how to treat customers/patients, they are the first point of call hence the face of the hospital. Nurses and doctors are very nice.

My wife gave birth in July this year and we were really happy. Everything was extremely well organized, all the employees made a very nice impression, from the nurses to the anesthesiologists to the team of doctors. Sister Monika accompanied us very lovingly throughout the birth. The modern rooms also created a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely come back to Celler Straße. Many thanks to the whole team!!

I gave birth to my second baby on August 8, 2023 and was more than satisfied. The first birth in another hospital gave me such fears, which were allayed very lovingly. My midwife was super sensitive, as were the doctor and the midwifery student. The care of the birth injuries was also made painless and the doctor kept asking me if I was in pain and if everything was okay. I would give birth there again and again. The nurses on the ward are friendly and helpful, but they are totally stressed and unfortunately can't keep up. Totally understaffed, they try to master everything. Overall I was very satisfied.

  • 1/5 Sonja B. 11 months ago on Google
Man bekommt einfach keinen Termin.

I was delivered there 2 days before the birth, I was super satisfied with the staff in the delivery room, the B11 and since the birth didn't go so well for my little one, I also worked with the staff in the intensive care unit for premature babies when my daughter was sent to the follow-up ward So it came to the delivery room, mostly unfriendly staff, I was really shocked... I would like to say thank you again to the delivery room staff for the spontaneous but very sensitive birth and also a huge thank you to the children's intensive care team who saved my daughter's life🫶🏽
