And my 3rd vaccination also went perfectly with Dr. Lichtenfels. I'm thrilled by the friendliness and this time I hardly had to wait at all (3 minutes or so)! So everything is great. 5 Stars. ;)

When I called the practice to ask (looking for a new family doctor) they said they weren't taking any new patients, there were already too many??? (literal statement) My question: Do all the patients come to the practice at once??? When I then asked the lady (language barrier on her part, a German course would be a good investment for someone who takes calls and works at reception/registration) if she could recommend another doctor, something incomprehensible was said and I hung up on her. I went to the practice because I was told it would be great, but I didn't notice anything about it. At least not at reception/registration...Really sad. I cannot judge what Dr. Lichtenfels is like as a doctor.

Friendly greeting, a smile on your face even in very stressful everyday life. Considerate, sensitive treatment during the admission process by the medical staff (blood pressure measurement, blood sampling...), caring doctor who meets you at eye level, listens and takes your time. Professional support combined with humanity.

Today I was in Dr.'s practice. Lichtenfels to get a booster. Communication via email and online appointment scheduling worked great. I got there straight away, without waiting. Ms. and her employee were so nice and very well informed about a lot of things. I can only recommend them and am seriously considering changing my family doctor.

I got the appointment confirmed online. The following day a reminder from the practice about the time. A very friendly, competent team was waiting for me after 20 minutes I was finished. I recommend the practice. Great☺️

I was there on Sundays for a booster, which was very easy with an online appointment. I was lucky with the parking space in front of the door, was welcomed and treated nicely.

Super nice practice team, no waiting time, arrived straight away at the agreed appointment. I can warmly recommend that.

When we arrived at the practice, the first thing we got was an unfriendly reaction from the receptionist and when asked why the doctor wasn't there today, an even more unfriendly response was "because she's not there". Definitely bottom drawer.
