Excellent breakfast. Room very nice. Comfortable bed. We had issue with air conditioning. Misplaced fan which made a lot of noise intermittently. Woke up at 2 am and 5 am. Otherwise very good lay over. Friendly waiters. Great buffer dinner.

We were lucky enough to host the bridge festival tournament and everything was amazing! The people were so hospitable, facilities great and food quality is really top notch every year. Really great hotel!

The hotel was really beautiful. It faces the Adriatic sea with all the boats docking. It was truly a relaxing view. Eventhough I went here for work, it gave me a sense of calm and holiday ambience since this is a tourist hotel, other than a hotel for conference as well. The buffet dinner costs you only 30 Euros. From how I see a buffet dinner, it could be classified as ok. It wasn’t spectacular or amazing. It has long tables for the salad bar. But the main course section wasn’t as shining as the appetizer section. The light bites section was ok as well. Considering the size of this hotel, the buffet dinner should be one of the star components here. However, it was a really good experience dining here. The room was well-plotted in general. I got the twin beds room. The beds were positioned next to each other but not touching, so there was a 5-cm gap between the beds frame. This was awkward. It was autumn already, but since Pula is quite south, it was still warm, rather hot for me who comes from Norway. The AC didn’t work at all to cool the room. So I had to open the balcony door the whole night to be able to sleep. However, it made many mosquitoes came inside and I had to struggle to eliminate them to sleep. When I closed the balcony door, the room became really hot that I could not sleep at all. It was a nightmare for me. I could not sleep eventually because of this. During breakfast, the dishes were standard. The only wow factor was the granola and cereal options. The rest was a bit generic, which was ok. But considering a hotel this size, there should’ve been something better and stand out of the rest of the other hotels. Overall, building-wise, the hotel was really beautiful eventhough the building was quite old. Food-wise, it was ok and acceptable, but nothing stood out. Room-wise, there needs to be a major change/repair on the AC system especially for hot weather. You cannot really on guests from warm countries to feel comfortable staying in the room. There are still guests coming from cold weather countries as well which should be included into the consideration when designing the AC system. And, lastly, please perform fogging regularly on your hotel garden just so it’s not full of mosquitoes.

The hotel has a perfect location with beautiful views. The rooms are very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The wellness & spa area is lovely, you can choose from several treatments and massages, mani-pedi and even hairdresser. The staff is very nice and helpful. The sauna area is small but well maintained, and additionally there is a heated 25m long indoor pool filled with seawater. The overall experience was excellent! I had no chance to try the outdoor pool yet, since I was staying in April. I definitely have to come back!

I was a guest before in the old hotel before renovation. This is a whole new experience. I loved the interior. They have a liquid soap and a body cream in the bathroom. Everything is great. My only objection is that you don't have privacy in the bathroom because of the glass door. The food is excellent, very delicious, and has a great variety.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The location is very beautiful. We had a pleasant experience with the service, which was friendly and customer-oriented through the stay. There is a possibility to stay at the local beach, where its really nice and comfortable. The food was truly outstanding with an enormous variety and good quality. We also liked that it was not too oily, contrary to how its often the case in Hotel buffets. Compared to other offers in the region, the price was fair and we got good value.

Really enjoyed my stay and i was looking forward to each meal due to very large selection and great quality of food. Rooms are very cozy and pleasant. Colleagues told me the wellness fascilities are also nice but sadly i didn't have time to test them out. Highly recommended

Overall we had a great, amazing time there. However, location and parking is little tricky. For the size of the area and the fact that the whole place basically consists of several hotels and dozens and dozens of apartments, there is definitely not enough parking. So, once you find a parking, leave the car :). There are buses going to Pula and all, to many places you can walk and taxi services are available too. Rooms were nice and big, showers amazingly big, their body lotion products also amazing. All staff was super friendly. However, I will add one huge negative. Price of the dinner buffet in the hotel and what you get for it. Dinner buffet costs 32 EUR per person and it is not worth paying. Food was bad, most of it was cold and if you found two tasty things in there you were lucky. They made up for this a little by the cake section for dinners - that was big and great. On the other note - breakfasts were super cool. Many options for eggs, including omelette to your liking, selection cheese&ham+salami, gluten-free friendly options, lactose intolerant guests will have many things to choose from. Their pastry / sweet section for breakfast was great. To the food options - if you do not have half board booked, there is more than enough restaurant's in the area. And you will pay less per person than for the hotel dinner. 3 nighst there was a program for kiddos too. Adults definitely had fun there too - dancing and singing along :). There are two pools with salty water. One indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor one had a sun beds available but that was if you didn't come after 8.30am. Some guests, every morning, left the towels there, went for breakfast and came back later. Pool staff was trying to educate them but we know how it is when people do not want to listen. When you are in this hotel go and have a drink in the lobby bar. Prices are good and they do make a nice drinks ;). And again, staff everywhere in the hotel is super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel for your vacation. We are definitely coming back ourselves. And last note - make sure you tip in cash :) and Enjoy your stay there.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful scenery. Nice rooms, lovely service and great food. The perfect end to a great vacation in Croatia. Can especially recommend Luna Bar & Lounge - sitting at the terrace gives you a great view and the cocktails are superb (they even make you custom ones based on your preferences). Would definitely come back here again.

Pros: We spend a few days and have perfect weather. The hotel offers perfect service, food (both breakfast and dinner) and beautiful surroundings. Cons: there’s nothing to criticize 😉 BTW: thank you Giacomo for your efforts and service

Brilliant location. Short walk to multiple beaches. 10 minute taxi ride into the Old Town. Large outdoor and indoor pool. Has a few shops and restaurants in the vicinity which are handy. Plenty to do including a sports club on the complex. The whole area is very clean. Would definitely come back!

Really good hotel, the Marina wing where we stayed appears to be in better nick than the main building but didn't see inside those rooms. Couple of minor niggles with the room but service has been very good indeed and would definitely recommend. Great location and easy access to Pula city.

This hotel was beautiful, so many things for guests to do right on sight. I had a facial here and it was amazing. Food was great, room was nice and service was pleasant. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's in Pula.

This is a beautiful hotel, it could use some refurbishment. There's so much to do. The aquarium happens to be on the same ground. The hotel is literally surrounded by water so if you're a water person then you'll enjoy it. There's a lot of sporting activities too or just go for a walk. There's even a supermarket there. Plenty of bars to choose from. In and outdoor pools, spa area. Pharmacy and loads more

Great location for relaxing holiday watching the yachts and boats go by. Great views on the peninsula. Easy to get into Pula by bus. Had a spa treatment in high standard facilities. Very comfortable bedroom with aircon and good sized balcony. Hotel staff were very helpful everywhere- staffing a little stretched in pool bar and lounge bars at peak times on some days but may have improved when gets to peak season . Would definitely return to this location/ hotel again. Enjoyed the peaceful location and relaxed vibe.

Staff is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond for you. Air-conditioning is awesome. Bed is super comfortable and showers are great. This place is definitely the place to go if you don't want to worry about your room situations. It's a bit further away from the city but there's transportation out if needed.

+ Very good buffet, spa and availability of amenities. - personell often rude or absent (seem not too interested), room service (they only straightened the bedsheets but never cleaned/ changed sheets, etc.), pool and beach beds (be prepared to get up early and fight the Germans / English with throwing your towels)

We rent a most expensive apartment in the hotel. Suite with sea view. This is a real “sea view” from balcony - on the photo. No electric sockets. Awful sound from air conditioner. Swimming pool close at 7 pm, and very small. 4 stars - are you kidding?! Terrible experience.

Perfect place for a quite and relaxing stay in Verudela! Amazing breakfast, good beds, clean bathroom, towel heater (otherwise it can take a while for clothes to dry), a/c, great service and hospitality! the only negative thing i can recall after my stay is that it's almost impossible to book sunbed by the pool, as all of them are "prebooked" by towels. but beach towel free service makes it work, just take a towel and go to any of the nearest beaches, there is enough shadow from the trees. great location, Pula city center is just 15-20 min by bus (1.2 eur per ticket).

Perfect breakfast and dinner. Delicious food, much wider choice than we expected. The room was just fine, nothing special. An empty mini bar: if you need anything you need to let the reception know. The pool is tiny. Take into account that there is not much space to walk there. Just the area of this group of hotels.

Great views even from 1st floor. Nice staff, great breakfast buffet and a very big lobby. Just a couple of step to the beach. Easy access to the city via bus 3a. Thank you for the nice stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of good walks. Fantastic view of all the yachts coming in and out of the marina. The restaurant food in the buffet or Yacht club was excellent. Great service from all bars and all staff. Fantastic grounds well maintained.

Lovely hotel. Choice of pool, beach or grass areas to sit and laze in the sunshine. We chose spot under trees which gave plenty of shade. Buffet food has choices to suit all and does vary night to night. Outside dining area is small and tables go very quickly. There isn't a great deal to do near the hotel in the evening. Nightlife requires a trip into Pula but that's only 15mins away in a taxi. All in all a perfect hotel for a lazy getaway.

Nice staff. Concierge is a bit overwhelmed with demand. Fantastic location. Great swimming in the ocean every morning. Good breakfast. Place was built in 1987 and I don't think the rooms were renovated since tbh, they are looking a bit tired. But it's not a place to go if you plan to hang out in the room.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The building is quite outdated from the exterior, but inside is quite ok. Spa area very nice with good treatments. Quite young staff, but they will grow to become better

It's not a 5 star hotel as such, probably 4, but we had a faultless stay here. Our room was very clean, modern, and did exactly what we wanted. The staff were great, most spoke English well enough to have a reasonable chat and joke with. It's about a 10 minute bus ride from Pula, busses can be as regular as 3 an hour, only be careful, last one back is at 11 pm. Lovely view of the marina, and small parade of shops (incl bar and supermarket) nearby. Pool isnt deep (1.25m), beach nearby.Food, plentiful, but typical hotel buffet quality. Would happily stay here again.

Excellent place also with a baby. Been here last year with my pregnant wife and this year with our baby. They knew we were 2nd time customers and updated us to a better room for free. Breakfast is crazy good
