Was a real disgrace. I ordered a large chicken kebab. If you look carefully at the photos you’ll see there’s almost no chicken or salad in there. I thought after reading the reviews about other customer having a big load of meat I would give it a try. What a disappointment. On too of that they have the gut to charge you $1 for sauce while most kebab offer sauce. I paid $13.50 while most kebab offer double amount of meat and veggies and charge up to $12 sauce included and sometimes cheese. I was so hungry when I left I had to get another Sanger elsewhere. Will definitely not be back. So greedy.

So great to get a kebab that is full on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Smiling faces of the staff. Freshly cut filings. The content does not drop and fall out the bottom. Recommend

been going after tafe for a year now and it's become $3 more expensive with less fillings, large has the same fillings as small, unfortunately won't be returning

Angry asian woman. Half of the recommended fillings, dry meat and burnt. Absolutely horrible.

This shopping centre has a fairly limited selection for lunch options and I made a judgement that perhaps a kebab would be the best of a bad lot. A poor choice. A large kebab that were so meagre in fillings, dry tasteless meat and toasted to a cinder on the outside whilst still stone cold inside. Charges for garlic yoghurt and basics that great kebab shops offer all as part of the service. They don't offer kebab plates etc. Won't return.

Very disappointing today (June 2022). I don’t eat a lot of kebabs but every now and again… This is the only choice in Grafton. It has really gone downhill since last time. The meat was extremely dry. The large size is actually quite small. Expensive. Ordered two kebabs and they missed some ingredients that we asked for, and skimped on the rest. I won’t be back. It was embarrassing that I took a friend there.

Staff get introuble for "adding to much", food is weighed and the amounts of meat and vegetables is fastly decreasing per kebab. The lady owner is rude. Pay for "extras" and don't get them. Didn't get tabouli and serves are so small not recommended

Horrible customer service from the angry/rude woman in the counter. Nothing good to say about the food either. First and last time we go there.

The owners of this store use to give outstanding service that is quick and on point. However, I am editing my review 3 years on and retracting my 5 star review. The meat has become very dry and is only precut and a smaller amount of meat is put into meals than before - salads are lower quality and cut with no care - the owners seem really angry ALL of the time - not all food is available after 2pm (when trade finishes at 5pm) and you get snapped at if you ask for things they have stopped serving. It is so disappointing to see this establishment become what it is. We now drive to Coffs Harbour if we want a kebab or a snack pack and have stopped wasting our money here.

Meat stored in pan, pre cut and slimy from sitting in a pan. Salad is minuscule 2 stars for a good toast on the outside that’s about it.

I got a kebab with avacado added was definitely made without the avocado i came bsck just to ask for the 1$ back due to them now being closed with half the kebab i kept eating hopeing it would be there for some cranky asain lady to come out and say no no i made it its on there when it definitely wasn't normally the food is great and i wouldn't care but the customer service was horrible from the lady wearing sunnies the rest of the team was lovely i understand its only 1$ i didn't care about the money just the fact they missed something i was aggressive or anything when i come back and when i was spoke to like i was i didn't respond i just left to not cause an argument. I an so sad for how far this place has fallen

I used to love going there for lunch, now there’s new owners an they weigh the meat before going onto wrap, small kebab doesn’t fill me up anymore because of small portion, definitely not happy with the price I paid, need new owners or owners need to take into consideration what customers want as I’m reading the reviews not a lot of happy customers, bad for business..

Sorry guys but I have to call this one out. You weren't joking about the chicken kebabs, they really were pretty much just chicken. I had to look hard to find the salad that should be there. I couldn't eat it all

First time traveled in Grafton and tried small chicken kebab, it’s a tasty and fully food for a quick meal.

Pretty overpriced for the size/fillings

Food quality 👎. Bought a snack pack for $16. It was all chips on top. I eat kebab and snack pack every now and then by far this was the worst. Stay away or waste your money

Meat was dry and not much veggies in it. my kebab was burned . It was awful when I try to eat it. Worst kebab I ever had.
