The server just said Sorry but didn't come back to clean up the mess.

    i’m a new customer in grafton and got told here was a good place to eat yet got my food and it was very watery, no flavour what so ever, the vegetables were raw, the meat was really big and under cooked ; when i went back to get a refund i was pretty much refused. don’t recommend

    We recently were back home in Grafton and decided to pop into “the red door” for dinner, we really enjoyed our meal. Considering we arrived close to 8pm on a Monday night, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was fast, hot and flavourful. We will be sure to call in more frequently or grab some takeout to share with family & friends.

    The food that I ordered from this restaurant was very undesirable. The meals have no flavour and are very undercooked. Customer service was not good and would not refund our order. Will never go back!!

    One of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had... rude....abusive...though I ordered food...after abuse...was hung up on .thankfully I hadn't given my credit card details....who knows what sort of lies they would perpetuate. Have reported them to accc. Not that anything will come of that. Note....use this restaurant at your own risk!!!!!

    This restaurant offers authentic cuisine in generous portions. Prices are very reasonable. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Tables well-spaced and dining room airy. A pleasant surprise tucked away upstairs on the edge of town. Recommended.

    A walk up the stairs is definitely worth the trip. Great food and friendly service at a good price. This may sound funny but honestly the prawn crackers were so fresh it's shameful that other restaurants cannot get it as right as them! Thank you!

    Delicious food. We had Szechuan chicken and fried rice. It was full of flavour and had some fresh vegetables in the dish too which made it even nicer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the food here.

    Absolutely the best chinese restaurant! Highly recommend the stuffed chicken wings, ham & chicken roll, Szechuan combination & the king prawn dumplings. 👍👍

    Aussie Chinese at its finest. Never disappointed, always consistent. Satay fillet steak and lemon chicken are favourites. We’ve never had something we’d never get again.
