Thought I'd try a crunch bowl for the first time, not one bite and there's a piece of hair in it plus the chicken is cold... Unreal... I stopped eating KFC for a long time and this is my return meal... shame on you and it puts shame on our beautiful little city.. Heaps of workers with no hair nets, lots of blokes with long hair...What a awful lunch and a waste of money..

Foul, after 7 plus hours travelling in the car and no means of fixing food for my family as we stopped over at a motel, against my better judgement decided to allow my kids to choose KFC for dinner! Never again. The food tasted like it was cooked in cold, years old oil! A bitter disappointment.

Just a quick stop to get some food. The meal was good, however the toilets were not very clean. As a traveller you want to stop and have clean toilets, a get food. The staff were good and the food came out quickly.

Called them asking why I should buy their chicken over a good old Big Mac and they gave me three bloody good reasons. When I stopped by the food was fantastic absolutely the best around I would say it was “finger licken good”.

Usually enjoy kfc as a once a week treat however tonight the girl on the first drive through window was very rude and also didn’t know how to count change. I ordered a double tender burger combo and couldn’t even eat the meal as it was inedible. Tried to bite the chicken tenders but they were hard and full of bones , I thought it was just tough chicken at first until it got lodged in my throat and I became sick , chips were cold and soggy also and they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to explain the issue. Not very happy at all hoping for a full refund or at least a free meal in order to rectify the situation !!

The place is filthy, the staff look unwashed and the toilets are a disgrace. Would not recommend. One of the managers put it down to being understaffed however there were three staff members chatting and laughing for the time I was there. No excuses for uncleanliness 👎

I don't like to say negative comments but the service at KFC grafton from Sam was embarrassing. I myself always say hello and thankyou when out. If you don't like your job sam get out of the way and let someone who does. Also it must prove the manager of store isn't aware or has same poor customer service.

I’ve never had issues with Kfc except the other night I went there at 9:15pm and went through drive through. No answer. I saw customers inside and staff inside but no one answered drive through. I ended up leaving and getting maccas. Does drive through shut early?

Place was absolutely filthy! Decided to just buy a drink, gave the chick the cash ($4) she gave me my drink and I said can I have my change please. She said she gave it to me pointing at my hands when she definitely did not give it to me. Then she asked how much I gave her. She then proceeded to drag her feet around the shop looking for someone to open the register for her. Was super frustrating.

It was the fastest I've ever received my order

Dirty. Gruby toilets, floor and tables. Very dry chips. Burger ok. Customer service was terrible with attendant not knowing the products.

The drive thru is extremely narrow and dangerous and I always worry about hitting the post, which a lot if cars have. The drive thru windows are always dirty.

The restaurant opened on Monday the 2nd Oct without being cleaned. We ordered as they opened and it took 9 minutes for our order with no apologies. The floor, tables and seats were disgusting. If you are going to open ensure your restaurant is hygienically cleaned for your first customers. A bunch of young kids were left running the place with seemingly zero managers on or anyone giving direction. Yes, it was a public holiday, but there is no excuse to be made to eat in filth. If you decide to open, do it properly. Even the service counter was absolutely gross

Order on app still 10 minutes wait 4 food even after I pressed in restaurant 5 minutes b4 I arrived so would 15 minutes wait then check Order 8 pieces chicken missing and no coleslaw

The Chicken was really dry they forgot my water and also forgot a Pepsi they forgot our sauces some of the chips were green I recomend not coming here.

Slowest service for a kfc known to man , the food was cold and they mucked our order up but seen how long it took to get served it wasn't even worth doubling back to try get the meals sorted .

Disappointed with KFC Grafton. The inside never looks clean. The chips were cold and had no seasoning. The chicken was dry and rib pieces only. We went through the drive through and weren't offered drinks and no serviettes or wet wipes.

Drive-thru can be a bit slow but this is not uncommon at KFC. One of the male staff members was the nicest fast food servers I have ever encountered. Made my day. I love the Crunch Salad Bowl with original chicken. So yum 😋

First time any KFC I have been to has had good customer service and they've gotten the order right. Still KFC - only want here to keep the kids happy

the worst food ever!!!!! chips were more salty than the indian ocean, kentucky fried chicken had no chicken WTFFFF!!!!! over priced for poo food and should have more seniors on duty, please cook your food properly and have better options to rely on if out of products, cheers will be back again if you have chicken 🐦

Honestly it's what you expect from a kfc, occasional thing forgotten but always fixed. Always seems to be at least 1 rude customer but generally visiting late..

I’m not by choice a junk food person but I found this kfc to well cooked and drained ( not dripping with oil ) also pleasant friendly staff and food was hot ( nothing worse than cold takeout 🌟

Never have I seen such incompetent staff and awful food. After complaining and being told that the area manager would call me back at an agreed time he left me waiting again. I in good faith hope that no one has made the unfortunate mistake in eating at this KFC .

Where do I start, I was served by someone who literally stared at the counter for five minutes before serving me and had no volume in their voice, after being mumbled at for another 5 minutes and having my order incorrectly entered I paid. After getting my order and then figuring out it was keyed in wrong because it was as if I had gotten someone elses order, I spoke to somebody who was actually helpful but I was in a rush so couldn't get it fixed. The one main rule of customer service is to not be shy and engage with customers, if you cant do that quit or hang around long enough to be fired. Now I have a girlfriend that wont eat dinner because her order was messed up to the point is was something completely different from what she wanted.

I'm sorry to the people that work here but this place is terrible. Had food poisoning more than once. The building is dirty and very unkept. I sad to say but I can't ever see myself going there again.

Stopped in on our way back to Brisbane at 1.30pm on a Sunday. Only 4 cars in drive thru and 6 people inside. Ladies toilet was putrid and wait time was 20mins.

Who ever was Taking the drive true orders at 8:40pm had the best customer service and manners! Well done:)

Apparently there is a shortage on salt in this kfc. Amazing chips aint salted, flavourless gravy and no even a single salt pack. More than that,a freaking shortage on their drinks too.
