A nice B&B very close to the center of town. Room and bathroom is large. Beautiful yellow wood floors. On several levels so you may have to climb stairs. Rooms have tea making facilities, small fridge, tv, microwave and aircon. There is secure off street parking, a small private garden with splash pool. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Recommended.

Nice place at competitive prices. Rooms are quite large and certainly adequate. Fridge, tea, coffee and milk available in the room. Nice area outside to relax after long trip. Lovely pool to cool down in. Did not have breakfast, to late, so can't comment on this. Rooms are close to town and restaurants as well.

An absolutely lovely place to stay in Grahamstown. The amenities were wonderful and Justine gave us such wonderful personal service in checking us in that we felt like family. It's very convenient to so many places. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in Grahamstown.

Friendly, comfortable environment. Everything you need. Fantastic shower, good pressure, which is novel in Grahamstown. Spacious rooms.

We had a lovely stay in the self catering unit The corner house at Bartholomews Loft. The staff is friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and welcoming

Our two night’s stay at Bartholomew’s Loft was sadly overshadowed by some issues with parking (although we did indicate the requirement during our booking) and a delayed breakfast (apparently there were issues with the stove), but the fact that the owner offered a discount after we raised the parking issue is commendable. The rooms were comfortable but lacking a personal touch - and in some cases surface cleaning was obvious. No specific comment on the quality of the breakfast. The property is well situated and in walking distance to the centre of town. A well-deserved compliment to the friendly staff who did try to make our stay more comfortable. The owners clearly have a little accommodation gem in a town that doesn’t have much to offer it’s visitors; all the more reason to maintain and improve the property and service on a regular basis.

Had a lovely experience. Very neat. Spacious rooms and staff is very accommodating. Plan to go their every time I have to pick up my daughter from Rhodes University. 👌

What a fantastic accommodation. The rooms are comfy, and the loft has all the self-catering essentials needed for your stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The whole place is relaxing. A must stay when staying in the area😄
