Every time I go to this McDonald’s and get my double cheeseburger it has come back covered in ketchup and looking like someone has smashed it down, today it’s folded in half and I’m really over it. I’m not trying to sound like a karen but I am tired of this pattern.

Was asked to pull forward and wait for our food. These fries are so old, barely warm, and taste awful! If we're going to wait, why would we been served fries that have been sitting for so long? And right at dinner time? Ordered nuggets too and they tasted old as well. Not sure what we were waiting for?

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Managers like STACEY and BRANDY shouldn’t be employed with any company but I guess the best they could get is McDonald’s. Leave it up to them to get your order wrong, act rude and extremely unprofessional when you call to address it, hang up and not answer, and threaten to call the cops when you go in person to dispute the issue. I do want to add that our food on top of being just wrong was burnt and inedible. Will not be going back as McDonald’s truly does allow anyone to come work for them no matter how much common sense they lack. So STACEY and BRANDY, advice ladies, if you can’t make it there successfully I highly doubt you’ll make it anywhere.

Food was normal for McDonald's. Store was not overly large. Had the self checkout kiosk which can be nice. The add-on menu suggestions not so much. The employees were just there to deliver food and take the number back. Didn't bring our cups so had to ask. Then No sweet tea. So not one of the ones I would be willing to go back to.

McDonald's is like a family member. There so good to you. That's worth a lot. Morning coffee drinkers to playing cards to bingo games. They take care of their seniors., as well as everyone else. 😌

Went thru the drive thru and only ended up with about a medium fry when I ordered a large....the rest of the food was good....not the first time I have been shorted at this restaurant location....

Fresh, hot and FAST! I wish the KC and Raytown locations were nearly as good..

Do you know I just had the police called on me and my nephew because they didn't like the way my truck looked it's 30 years old , it's beat up but it still runs I was gonna eat but no. Thanks for the great welcome

It appears that it is run by children. Food is good, but no one is very personable. Very nonchalant attitudes.

Went through the drive thru it was super fast!

Service was fast and friendly fries wasnt cold but not fresh either so decent jus not great
