    Yo creo que de parte de la Junta ya sería hora de cambiar al personal de ventanilla por su falta de interés y mala gana cuando tienes que presentarte allí para una cita una pregunta o cualquier cosa k necesite de allí, después de antes de ir estar llamando más de media hora sin que te cojan el teléfono. Ya no creo que sea por falta de educación o respeto hacia uno, que también, es que no hacen su trabajo.

    Ni hecho a posta puede haber tan malos profesionales en atención al público, tanto en la consulta telefónica como en la visita presencial. Es un caos absoluto en gestión administrativa y la atención in situ al paciente es de república bananera. Animo al usuario descontento que exija la hoja de reclamaciones

    Small center, somewhat aged, but the worst thing is that after 4 months they have not replaced my family doctor who retired in September 2023.

    It's always the same. You call and they don't answer. You are there and you see how they pick up the phone to hang up on you or how they keep it off the hook so that no calls come in. It is a shame. Then you are there and it seems that they are laughing in your face, you wonder how those ladies (administrative) have passed some exams to work as civil servants and dedicate themselves to gossiping among themselves and ignoring the patients. SHAMEFUL.

    He llamado más de 25 veces al centro de salud Figares, y como no cogen el teléfono, me he presentado personalmente y estoy delante del control, llamando por telefono y el personal se encuentra de risas en una habitación, nadie en el control. PESIMA AYUDA SANITARIA

    Everything is third world... everything is crowded together, sometimes the nurses have to share consultations... the one I have as a doctor is an older lady with zero interest in the patient... "I only have 8 minutes so lighten up." And to top it off... they never pick up the phone and make you go there for any management. As soon as I can, I'll change centers... I've been here for two months and I haven't seen a more '80s thing in my life...

    It has been my health center all my life until, thank God, now that I have moved. I have not seen a center more inefficient than this one. Comparatively speaking, the quotes there are are a shame. As of today, APRIL 24, the closest appointment he gives me is for MAY 8. I have covid and otitis. For when you want to talk to someone or you've missed it or you've died. The professionals are not to blame, but it is good not to complain either. Good luck to those who stay, you're going to need it.

    It is a shame. I went to the center before 3:00 p.m. and not only did they not want to serve me, telling me “that it was already closed” but their hours, according to the internet, are until 8:00 p.m. Your answer? It's for vaccines. Unfortunately, the administration people of this center are zero empathetic towards the patient, with no desire to work. It's not the first time this has happened to me.

    Terrible atención del Dr. Rafael Arenas Lopera. No escucha al paciente, sólo te receta paracetamol. Y como gestor, lamentable, no tiene capacidad de resolver y maleducado en sus formas, se nota que es él el director del centro de salud las flores y del centro de salud fígares y funcionan igual de mal en muchas cosas.

    Este centro de salud es vergonzoso, te tiras más de una hora esperando para una consulta de urgencias cuando no hay nadie y los médicos lo único que hacen es pasearse de consulta en consulta, al pasar a consulta no te dicen nada se sueltan cualquier estupidez pero no derivan ni a un especialista ni te mandan el antibiótico correspondiente

    Antes estaba súper contenta con este centro y sus doctores . Pero desde que se fue Rafael Urrejola , vamos de mano en mano , sin tener uno fijo , y además , el que se supone que es fijo ahora , cada 2 por 3 no está , lo hace un sustituto , tanto que no hay forma de coger cita presencial , sigue siendo telefónica y además a las 2 semanas . Un verdadero desastre .

    Buena atención por parte de secretaría, y la enfermera María de la Osa Morales ha sido súper atenta y amable conmigo, escuchándome en todo momento y mostrando interés genuino. Esto como paciente la verdad que se valora un montón y se agradece.

    It's to report it, after they don't pick up your phone you go there and once inside you call and wherever you move you don't hear your call. But what a joke this is, if it's not because of the seriousness of the matter, either they have the public telephone number inside a trunk in a closet or they have it with no volume in some strategic place and they systematically pass on it. While you try to communicate, the girls at the reception use theirs, so the public telephone must be next to the key, kill it, rile, rile... The pandemic, in addition to lives, took the health of many but ALSO, the RIGHTS of EVERYONE and apparently has provided incomprehensible privileges to some public servants.
