Senne is the best tour guide in Granada! I booked the Full day in Granada in a premium small group visiting the Alhambra and Dobla de Oro. Initially, I was questioning the cost/timing/length of this tour for me and my 2 children(8 &10 years old) when we were still jet-lagged and didn’t have the energy for an all-day tour. Senne, with Cicerone, is absolutely the best tour guide in Granada. He engaged and entertained my tired children all day. My kids had such a fabulous time they didn’t want the day to end. In fact, we will try to book another tour with Senne and cicerone before we leave Granada. Thanks.

Lucia gave a very interesting and well presented tour. She is very knowledgeable and was able to include wider associated information as part of the tour and in answer to questions. She knows her subject! Her English is excellent. I can happily recommend her as a guide. The personal tour was expensive but worth the money as it made our visit to the Alhambra much more enjoyable and gave us a much better understanding of this historic site than a group tour would have.

Our tour of the Alhambra and gardens with Beatriz was amazing! She had so many interesting stories and fun facts. Our family of 2 parents and 3 young adults all loved it and found Beatriz very engaging and fun. It was invaluable to have a guide through all the buildings, palaces and gardens. A fantastic experience!

I booked the small group tour for me and my 81-year-old mother. There was only one other person on the tour, so it looked promising we'd get a lot of individual attention. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable; however, we were hurried through the entire Alhambra complex (Summer Palace, Generalife, Alcazaba, Charles V palace, and three Nasrid Palaces) in a little over 2 hours. It felt like we had to wolf down a 5-course gourmet meal instead of being allowed to savor it. I tried to get our guide to slow down, but she seemed in a hurry to be somewhere else and we were making her late. We weren't allowed to wander through the gardens on our own to explore. It could have easily been a 3-hour tour. In retrospect, a larger group tour may have been a better pace for my mother.

Araceli is an excellent guide with Ciceroni Granada. I highly recommend her for a tour of the Alhambra. Her historical, religious, and cultural knowledge is extensive.

We had an amazing tour with Cicerone tours at the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. We travel a fair bit & do these types of tours when we do travel. I can safely say that our guide, Carmen Rosas is the best guide I can recall ever having. She was superbly welcoming and immensely knowledgeable. We asked a lot of questions and she had a thorough and thoughtful answer for each. She added so much to our experience with her obvious passion for the place and the intimate details she provided. Truly top notch.

I cannot recommend this tour company highly enough. From start to finish, I was impressed with the professionalism and helpful communication. Our tour guide for the Alhambra, Carmen, was fantastic! Not only was she knowledgable and passionate, but she was also personable. It felt like touring with an old friend (who just happened to know everything). She even helped us figure out some great places to go for wine after our tour. I am so glad we booked this tour and I would absolutely come back to Cicerone Granada for more.

It was our first visit to the Alhambra and I heard that because it's such a large site, it's nice to have a guide. We were in a smaller group with Violetta and we really enjoyed the tour! She was very informative and friendly. She made sure to go at a pace we were all comfortable with as she explained the history and many other interesting tidbits related to the Alhambra. I highly recommend seeing Alhambra. It was the highlight of visiting Granada. Our tour guide Lucia was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. We did a private tour, and I recommend that as well. It give you a chance to ask questions and makes it a more personable experience.

Juan, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Granada, its history, geography and culture. He was charming, amusing and very friendly. His English was flawless, his explanations of great interest, he could answer all our questions and loved his anecdotes. The route up the winding streets and back down to Plaza Santa Ana, was wonderful with great views of the Alhambra and lots of insightful information. Loved it!
