The rooms very clean, and nicely furnished. You immediately feel at home. The owner, Mercedes, is an amazing woman with a great energy. Thanks so much :)

Nice hostel and good price. Thanks for your hospitality. But laundry service price is expensive.

I have stayed for 3 days. The hospitality of Mrs. Mercedes was exceptional. Also her English is fluent like a native, therefore you won't have any problems while communicating. Tidiness, architecture and the location of the hostel were very good. If you are a solo traveller like me, it may exceed your expectations. There is a share kitchen which can give you a feeling like you're at home. Only thing I didn't like was the pillow, it didn't fit me that well. My room wasn't that luminous, therefore it was kinda cold sometimes (my staying was in December), but it can be compensated easily with the air conditioner that's inside the room. Recommending this place without any doubts to everyone 🤙🏼

Extraordinary. The lady in charge of the overall hostel is so cordial, kind hearted in helping and really I'm overwhelmed by the hospitality and overall management of this hostel. You will totally feel like home and the interior design, decoration and last but not least, that kitchen will make you feel that you are at your mama's kitchen. Terrace is nice and totally this hostel is super clean. Everyday they clean thoroughly and disinfect the touching stuffs on regular basis. Just be there , you won’t regret :). 10 out of 10

Very clean and welcoming. Free breakfast that includes coffee, cereals, jam and bread. There's also a lot of common space that might help you meet fellow travelers. Good location in the old town. The staff was great and gave me lot of information about the city and suggested things to do. The WiFi was not great.

I highly recommend this place, especially for those who don't speak Spanish. Staff are super friendly, place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and they had amenities/electronics that you could borrow. Location was great, close to all 3 neighbourhoods of Granada. I loved my stay there and would definitely go back!

The cleanest hostel, follows COVID protocols, and staff is very attentive to the customer. Staff gave my group and I suggestions of where to go eat, what locations we shouldn’t miss out on, and gave us their phone number in case of any questions/concerns. This hostel deserves 5 stars on Google Reviews. Very chilled and not a party hostel

More of a pension vibe than a young people hostel. Not much socialization between the residents. Place feels a little old. Overall the place is clean and quiet if you just need a place to stay but not interesting enough for young people looking to socialize and make friends.

I had a lovely experience. Mercedes, the host, was extremely welcoming and kind throughout the whole stay, and she speaks a very good English. Everything is super clean and working well. The place is quiet. Maybe the only comments are that the WiFi is not super fast and the breakfast service was not included, although it seemed to be from the website. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at the hostel. Mercedes gave us a very warm welcome and told us a lot about Granada. The room was really clean, as was the kitchen. Furthermore, the location is perfect!

Me and my friends had some special request and we just phoned and texted with the host! That was really great! Super easy Communication via WhatsApp as well. The hostel is very cute designed and has always fully equipped bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink) so you can do everything at once and don’t need to switch between rooms ;) We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Quaint little hostel at the heart of the city center. I appreciated the calm and quiet environment of the hostel and think it's a good place for those prefer the same. Many shopping places and food options available within a few minutes walk.

Mercedes and her husband provides excellent service during an unexpectedly challenging trip. My friend and I, visiting Granada for the first time, had our luggage lost by the airlines. Mercedes was always happy to help us with making contact with the airport and airline. Her husband provided me with a towel so I could take a shower after luggage missing for multiple days. Mercedes has great recommendations for the area and what to see/do. Mercedes helped us find a great spot to see a flamenco show, and provided great options for tapas. The price was fair and good, as were the amenities in the hostel.
