Already looked nice and cosy on the pictures. But really surpassed my expectations! 😃 Very nice and friendly vibes. Feels like a home away from home for all the warmhearted people 🏡💕 Grateful to have stumbled upon this precious gem 🥰❤️

Thanks Pablo and Luisa for everything Mika treat me really well... If you need me in the future I'm just one call away... Thanks to Juan, Cleo, Milena and all of the people that stayed in Granada and Málaga.

This hostel has a noise issue. I read comments highlighting this from 5 years ago. Still, I was not able to rest during my 2 night stay. The A/C only made it worse, with strong awkward noises that would wake you up every 10 mins The staff is aware of this, their solution is that there is nothing they can do, you have to put up with the noise Also, the ‘clean’ sheets on my bed had blood stains from another person. The building is in an excellent location but it desperately calls for renovation

Honestly, this hostel is full of thieves. In 2017, I had my camera bag with all my equipment stolen from the luggage room and in 2019, someone tried to steal my backpack from my room and deliver it to his friend outside the hostel who was on a motorbike but I caught him. Always keep an eye on your valuables...they have a whole operation here for stealing things from guests. Happened 2 times!

I had a wonderful time staying here! It's a great hostel with a good kitchen and a fun atmosphere. Super easy to make friends and the rooftop seating area was definitely the highlight. One star off for the lack of walking space in the rooms.

Simply an awesome place to stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. You can reach nice sightseeing place in no time, you can reach super nice bars and food places. The rooms are really clean, the beds are comfortable. The lobby is a nice place to hang around and the bar is open all night. Nothing bad to say here, I fully recommend it even to families. Give it a try!

Location is perfect (literally in the centre of old town!), staff are friendly, the rooftop and downstairs chill areas are great spaces to hang out and meet people. I heard from several fellow guests that they were having shower issues and, indeed, my shower drained incredibly slowly. My feet were sort of having a bath by the end! The other issue was particularly weird for a hostel. Next to the beds, there is a plug socket and a light. But at least in my room (10) no shelf or little bag to put your stuff while you sleep! I was on the top bunk, so if I had rolled over and my phone was plugged in, it might have fallen onto the person below. My solution was to use my day backpack wrapped around the bed frame, but this isn't ideal. A tiny plasterboard shelf or a little bag attached to the bed is all that's needed :) Apart from these issues, I would recommend Oasis! It was clean (the most important thing), the kitchen was big, the hostel really DOES feel like an Oasis.

Had a great stay at Oasis. We stayed 2 days and really loved it. The hostels is big and beautiful. A lot of colours. At check-in we got a tour of the hostel which was really fun and appreciated. The only thing that I can say is that the room was not 100% closed (open area with fly nets at the top of the sealing) which made us hear more noise in the morning. Other than that it was perfect. It is very clean. The workers are nice. I give a 5 stars because they deserve it. I would recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, the place is cozy and the stuff is very friendly. Even for a family it is great to stay! Also Albayzin is an amazing place to stay. I stayed here twice, once as a backpacker on my own and the second time with my family. This hostel was the perfect fit for both occasions. Thank you for having us and I will definitely come back as soon as possible 😊

Nice place to stay, decently equipped kitchen and staff are very helpful. It is slap bang in the middle of Granada and basically as close to the Alhambra as you can get/would want. The hostel is split over four floors with the third floor having a terrace. Only complaint would be that the walls are quite thin so you can hear the people in the room next door - would recommend ear plugs.

Awesome hostel Highly recommended Beautiful and spacious. Even My 8 bed dorm provided a bathroom, very comfortable. Rooftop with an amazing view and spacious too. Big kitchen with plenty of space for privacy or in company. Staff was very helpful and kind. After checkout you are welcome to stay and use the hostel with all includings (shower included) Price was really fair and i will come again for sure Highly recommended

Overall Good hostel! Great price, location, vibe! I also stayed in TOC in the same trip. In comparison I would say that TOC is prettier, fancier but Oasis is good for socializing and rustic! Both are great. Depending on what vibe you are looking for - I would likely go for oasis next time (since hostels are meant to interact) but if I’m looking for just a cheap place to stay with more me-time then TOC since it feels like a hotel at the price of a hostel!

This was a PERFECT hostel! The location is the best - right in the Albacín area which is the most beautiful and worth visiting in Granada. The area feels safe and right in the center, close to everything. The staff was super nice, especially the receptionist from Cádiz (forgot to ask for the name sorry)! Of course it had a cool travellers spirit, people were nice and friendly. The room was cosy, clean, had a private bathroom for our shared room. The hostel also has nice shared spaces like living room and fully equiped kitchen and also it has a beautiful rooftop when you can sunbath during the day! The check in starts at 13:30, they give the card from your room and the building (they take 5 eur cash deposit for the key so be ready to have it). The wifi was working well even though I did not use it too much. The only thing that the shared beds were small, so for tall people not too comfy (I was not even able to sit down in the bed since the head was touching the upper bed). Would recommend choosing this place 100%

Oasis Backpackers has always been like a second home for me. I have stayed there several times with small groups and always pass by to greet the incredible staff that work there. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet two amazing staff members; Ana, who was very professional, accomodating, attentive and resourceful, is someone you should certainly go and meet. I also had the opportunity of meeting Jose from Cadiz. It was always pleasant to chat with him in the morning. If you are used to staying in hostals, you will see this one is very comfortable, central location, friendly staff and excursion options.

This hostel is located in the old town so perfectly near to everything. It is an authentical old house, so pretty cool location anyways. Price was good and we had everything we needed. Stuff Was really sympatic. They have a cute rooftop terass from where you can see sun set snd rise. Towers are +2€

Got a private room with ensuite. Room is clean with table and chairs, private tiny balcony (no smoking). Shower is great and high pressure but quite small! Hostel has a well equipped kitchen, small bar with a free cerveza on arrival, hang out spaces including a roof terrace. They did our laundry for 10 Euros which is worth it for the convenience. Easy to meet people, and apparently there are pub crawls on the weekend. Parking nearby at San Augustine, about 5-10 min walk, quite expensive.

This location was okay for a few nights. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. Nice big lockers, and cozy rooms. My complaints are that the kitchen was very dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and I couldn’t find a shower that drained, and the doors would creak really loud. Not much to do with the Hostel, so it’s not too social but it is easy to talk to other travelers in the common areas.

I have stayed 2 weeks at this hostel, and it had a great price for the value! Social guests, nice staff, and a nice outside area. A bit far from the bus station, but close to everything else! Small issues are that the doors are squeeky, and there is no nice place to put your phone/water in the top bunk.

Amazing hostel. Great atmosphere and lots of people to socialize with. The location's great, nothing's too far away and it's fairly hidden away by some smaller streets, making it quiet at night. The building is also really nice and the showers and toilets are very clean. The roof terrace is honestly awesome. My only complaint would be that as a tall person, the bottom bunks are fairly uncomfortable. I couldn't sit up in my bed and hit my head against the top bunk more than once. The top bunks are fine however. The staff also was very friendly and I had some really nice chats with the volunteers. The service was also great, after checking out you're still allowed to use most of their facilities for the rest of the day. Would definitely come here again if I'm back in Granada, had a lovely time here.

Great hostel in the middle of the old-town with very friendly people working there. Nice kitchen that needs new stoves though as from 8 burners maybe half was working/functioning. Clean rooms and bathrooms and for the fact that they in the city center it’s really quiet at night. Good wifi in all rooms and even on roof top terrace. Would definitely go there again.

Very nice hostel. Very central. Beautiful terrace. Very nice rooms, mine had the bathroom inside. 100% recommend. They have a lot of activities

Do not go here!!! There was 6 of us in one room and the first day we arrived we realised that the door would not lock! After they said that 6 people from our room would NOT get their €20 deposit - €120 FOR A DOOR THAT WE DID NOT BREAK! Please don’t bother with these people, they didn’t even have cards for everyone we had to share 2 cards? 3 other rooms are in the same situation as us for small things like a broken mirror and broken beds, broken doors… this place is old and you can tell they don’t invest their money properly.

To our surprise considering the price, this hostel was really good. The location is perfect, right in Albacín but on a quiet street. The place is really nice and well decorated, we had a nice private double room with air conditioner, a balcony and a private bathroom. Also, the man at the reception was really friendly. The only downside was a machine next to the AC which kept making weird noises every now and then but we slept really well anyway.

Had a good stay while at the Oasis Hostel. After some confusion the reception checked me in early and allowed me early access, I was very grateful after a long night of travel. The hostel its self was very nice. It had a beautiful rooftop view. The night staff Trung is very entertaining and helpful! The flamenco recommend by him was fantastic, go give it a watch! They bunk beds do not have curtains to pull across for added privacy but the bathroom was very close and always accessible when needed. I would stay again. They also have a rewards program as they have multiple locations in Spain and Portugal, so take advantage and book through their website.

My Savior was wonderful, mostly because I had an entire room to myself for Three nights. The room was also unbelievably clean along with the rest of the hostel. Annie (day time receptionist) was awesome! She was so professional and went above and beyond for me and I'm sure other guests. She suggested where I should buy tickets for certain activities, She asked me what I was doing to make sure I was doing all of the right things, She told me about the loyalty program even though I had already stayed at your hostel in Malaga and Seville. She got me a refund on my seventh night.

Great location, good price, and nice rooftop, but a few things didn’t meet expectations: We only got 1 key for my group of 3 people because they didn’t have any more. My pillow case had hair on it when I got there (several strands on both sides). The room smelled sweaty. Our bathroom was low on hand soap, and they didn’t refill it after I told an employee. Overall, it just didn’t feel clean and wasn’t anything special, but it works if you’re just looking for a place to sleep in Granada.

Honestly before I got in and see the hostel was near a mosque in a neighborhood with narrow streets I wasn't at ease but then I found out it is quite safe, has a beautiful interior but specially a team of young volunteers who are really kind and helpful to the guests, sharing their cooked meals, giving us tips, inviting guests out and they do a magical work because the hostel is so perfctly clean and in order. Definitely these volunteers made this experience absolutely amazing! Besides that I had a lot of luck with these guests because this hostel is really a place you can rest very well...after midnight everyone goes quite and respect each other (not talking of someone who stole my cheese for my breakfast from the fridge...though). Thank you!

it's a clean and friendly hostel , the price is perfect . It's located in the center , I really like it , yes the dorms are really small even you can not move comfortably In your bed , the roof is amazing , something that I like about it is next to Bin Zayed mosque so you will not find difficulties in praying .... The receptionist is a good man and very helpful

chilli out hostel real backpackers experience ,hostel living is about respecting each other,\ - staff friendly helpful, volunteers especially make it a community mixture of old age hippies (me),new age travellers, punks, ravers, party people, "welcome to the hostel Osias Granada, you can check in but never leave" we had a rave, house techno industrial..music on the roof garden (untill 11...then bossman pull the plug..so guests can get sleeping .dudes in andalusia so lay back IE staff friendly genuine night live is good as Alicante, London, Paris its party party..in Granada...the young people up all night.. sleeping it off in day Dear new friends of Oasis hostel was my greatest ON Pleasure meeting all of you. wish you the best of luck in your respective and beautifully unique paths. Much love, until we meet on the road again

I stayed Oasis last night in Granada. It was the worst one I have ever stayed:( the breakfast was disappointing, the personnel was not nice, even rude. They also blamed us to broke sth in the room, which we did not. Really the worst part of my Andalucia trip, unfortunatelly:((

  • 1/5 Rojin B. 2 years ago on Google
floors were dirty, shower was the size of a small child and was flooded with hair before anyone even took a shower, breakfast was subpar, and the attitude of one of the managers was so unbearable he should be grateful our paths didn’t cross until we checked out. i wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy

  • 1/5 Ella P. 2 years ago on Google
the staff were rude and wouldn’t supply us with enough room keys. the bathroom was not clean upon arrival and the whole place felt unclean and badly organised.

This is a great hostel. I loved my stay. They had a fun volunteer community that often brought life and good vibes to the very well equipped kitchen. I was able to meet a lot of good people in that environment. The staff were really helpful and gave great travel tips and recommendations. Interior design is cool and cozy, rooms are clean, comfortable, and have enough storage space. Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Spain.

We had an anecdote coming to this place - we accidentally booked a stay in Granada Nicaragua (South America) so the staff/ owner particularly working there was very helpful by giving as a hand for this honest mistake (other people had done in the the past) by asking us to book again the cheapest room in their place and then gave us free up beat on the room. Everything else was perfect, great people, staff, location, vibe, location - coming right up when I am back to Granada, SPAN. :D

Really wished we could have stayed longer!! We loved our stay at Oasis so much even tho we only stopped for one night. Really nothing negative to say about it; perfect location, comfortable beds, clean and large bathrooms, lovely outside area by the bar + a second outside area on the rooftop. Staff was lovely, shout-out to Manu the volunteer, he’s a legend! 100% would recommend!

I stayed for one night one but good vibe of people here! Like that have shared kitchen and the bath room inside the room but separated by the door! Roof top with good view, unluckily I could spend time here only 1 night.
