The owner doesn't give a f about what you are saying and they just make money posting fake photos on booking.com and they also don't care. There was a cigarette ash in the drawer of our room. Just imagine it's in covid time

The receptionist is very nice, helpful, and communicative. English is no problem, you promptly receive all the information you need. The location is perfect, you can visit everything just by walking. But I would recommend adding some shelves and wardrobes in the rooms as especially in the bathroom, there is no place to put down the stuff. Also more electric plugs would be great. We found just 2 in the room for 3 and another one in the bathroom.

One stars even too much, should be 0. Terrible beds, dirty small room. Photos on booking and reality absolutely different.

It has an awesome location, literally can't be better. Full city centre where you have access to anything just by foot. There's plenty of private parking stations around so no problem. The best part is the price and the location of the place. Won't find anything better for this price. Recommended for young couples or budget Travelers.

A clean, comfy, and peaceful place at a good price in a great location, BUT MAKE SURE you get your receipt. I got stressed when miscommunication among the staff indicated that I hadn't paid up for one of my nights there. The young and friendly clerk (who spoke English) apparently hadn't notified the two senior managers (who don't speak much English) that I paid a second installment, and I had to stand my ground in order to not be overcharged. Still, the two main managers were soft-spoken and listened patiently to my broken Spanglish, and it all worked out in the end with handshakes and apologies. I'm sure it was an honest mistake on their part, but again, a receipt would have prevented that mishap.

The room you book is not the one you get. I booked a double room with a balcony, I got a sad little room with single beds and a window that was blocked off by a wall. The owners did not offer any recompense and said that all the other rooms are booked out. I looked online and there were still rooms available. They said it’s a “mistake.” Sounds more like a “scam.”

Small, run-down rooms, doesn't look like Hostelworld pictures at all. No maintenance for a couple of years at least. At least the price and location are good.

Very loud outside at night time. Very little volume reduction from windows. Nobody at reception past 5PM. OK for cost but better options elsewhere.

The price of the room was not in correspondence with what you get. The room was dark, the shower did not drain well. In The short reception time, The staff was lovely and spoke good English.

Not easy to find this little hostal.. but it is in the middle of the city.. so if you want to sleep somewhere.. just to sleep.. It’s your place! They leave towels in the room, smells freshly.. but should be washed better, they have dirty spots.

Compare these pictures with the ones shown in Booking. See for yourself. It stinks. The room is freezing cold and humid. They did neither offer a reduction in price nor an alternative room in accordance to the advertisement and the fee paid. On top of that they refused to facilitate their TIN when we were filling out a complaint sheet. Reserviert nicht hier!!! Die Unterkunft ähnelt sich den Fotos in Booking überhaupt nicht. Es stinkt, es ist extrem kalt und feucht. Es ist eine Schande!
