As a yoga instructor myself I can say I learned a lot from her and thoroughly enjoyed my practice. It brought me a sense of calm and grounding during my travels. She was attentive to myself and all clients and is also very kind and passionate about what she does. It was easy to book and communicate when I had questions. I tried Vinyasa and it was amazing! You can easily book the spot through whatsapp and it’s 15€ for once 24€ for 2 classes. The place are spacious and clean + smells good. Very relaxing but dynamic as well. Teacher is super nice and even tried to use some English for me! You have a clothing area to change and bathroom. You can use their matte and blanket to warm. I loved it!

Found this yoga studio online while traveling through Spain. Very friendly staff and students. As soon as I entered the graceful courtyard I knew I was in a special place. Thanks so much to Christina for her personal attention. She really inspired me to try Iyengar Yoga again when I return to Australia.

I had a wonderful experience at Baubo yoga. I only understand a bit of Spanish as I am traveling, but Esther was very kind and accommodating. She made sure I was following along correctly and gave me and the rest of the class many tips to improve our form. I practice frequently at home, but even though I do I felt it was helpful to improve my practice. Esther is very knowledgeable and it is clear that she has a lot of experience, which I believe makes her classes valuable. I would recommend her to anyone of any age or skill level, I believe Esther will accommodate to anyone.

I am a yogi who came to the practice late in life. Having spent the past two years away from a studio due to covid after 10 years of regular studio practice I was eager to find a studio upon moving to Granada. I feel so fortunate to have found Baubo Yoga, and its leader, Esther. My first teacher was born in Venezuela and trained in India. Esther reminds me of her in many ways. Esther is a teacher who deeply cares for her students and responds individually to each person's ability and need. I appreciate her focus on proper form and alignment in practice, as she makes corrections gently but firmly. She challenges us to explore limits while offering options with props and positioning that reflect each person's present ability. I am an English speaker who is just learning Spanish and Esther's English is limited. However, she is very effective in using a combination of her English, demonstration and personal correction in making it easy for me to move through each practice. She goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable in understanding the requirements of each pose. I wholeheartedly recommend Esther and Baubo Yoga to anyone looking for a studio in Granada.

I’ve really enjoyed my classes at this lovely studio. The studio is comfortable, beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I don’t speak much Spanish but I’m able to do the classes and can always glance at my neighbor if I’m not sure. In some classes, there are some cues in English. Namaste!

I was so happy to discover this studio while in Granada for 2 nights. I noticed the banner sign while walking then later looked up the studio online and booked a class. Esther is an excellent teacher!!! She is warm and welcoming, calm, clear and thorough with her directions. She brings an immediate sense of calm to the space and the collective practice. The studio is stunning! It's large and spacious, very well equipped with mats and props and it even has wall ropes which I find are very uncommon in most studios and I live in NYC. I took 2 different Vinyasa classes that were very well rounded and well paced and not too strenuous. I feel many Vinyasa classes in other studios really emphasize the (fast) movement and push students beyond the threshold between a mindful focused practice and a "work out". I would HIGHLY recommend this studio and of course classes with Esther. Muchisimas Gracias Esther!!!

Great yoga studio in Granada! I was on holiday in Granada and wanted to do some yoga. I attended two classes: vinyasa and hatha. Both were super nice! Esther is amazing and her studio very beautiful.

Baubo Yoga quickly became my yoga home while in Granada for a month. The timetable is full enough you can find the right class at the right time for you, the teaching is excellent and suited to a range of levels, and the community of other students is warm and welcoming. I’m an advanced yogi, so I want to be challenged by someone who knows what they’re doing and Esther and Javi definitely know what they’re doing, as well as being lovely people. I went to this studio twice while on vacation in Granada and thoroughly enjoyed Esther’s classes. She is encouraging and provides very specific cues that furthered my practice. I typically have a lot of difficulty with inversions, but Esther’s instructions helped me to actually lift my legs off the ground for a tripod headstand! By the second class, Esther knew my name and it’s clear how much she prioritizes community and uplifting her students in the class! I was one month in Granada for a remote working holiday and Ester of Baubo Yoga received me with open arms to her courses. I took the three courses per week subscription and had an absolute blast. Baubo Yoga made me feel at home in Granada. Very nice place, good vibes, interesting English courses and incredible teachers. Especially Ester made me progress a lot in my practice. I don’t speak much Spanish and even though the class was in Spanish I still felt like I could follow along. She even translated sometimes into English for me when she noticed I was confused which was so nice even though she didn’t have to do that! I would recommend this studio!

Ester is a great teacher - very kind and welcoming to transient and non-Spanish speaking yoga practitioners who are visiting Granada. The beautiful and peaceful location is ideal for practice and reminded me of some yoga studios I attend in my city, so Bauba felt familiar and comforting. Esther has gathered a kind and welcoming community of yogis around her, and I felt part of that community. Her Yin yoga teacher (Francisco, I think, apologies if wrong 🙏) is a wonderful teacher also. Esther is a great teacher, in her clases she truly ensures that each practice allows you to connect body and mind. In each session, she provides a very special spiritual component at the beginning and end of the practice. Great selection of classes which are challenging for all students from new yogis to more experienced ones. I was visiting Granada and the studio was able to accommodate my visit providing mats and everything i needed for my practice. If you are visiting Granada, you won’t regret attending this studio!

Joining a regular practice at Baubo Yoga was the best decision I made with my time in Granada. Baubo Yoga is a wonderful space to practice yoga and feel a part of a community. The other students are supportive and friendly, the studio is in a central location but feels tucked away and is very peaceful, and Esther is one of the best teachers I've had. My Spanish skills are (very) limited, but it was never an issue. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and offers a lot of diversity in her classes. I've learned a lot and I feel so much better in body, mind and spirit in large part to Baubo Yoga.

Before I came to Granada, I made a contact with Baubo Studio, and I got really great response even through no arrived there. And after 2 months practices, I find that Esther (the founder of Baubo)has great passion on yoga though she has to take classes every single day.It's not easy after repeating over and over again and still remain great passion and also teach others and pass the passion to them.
