Very professional and thorough service. Aladdin has excellent english and is very friendly guy. Its rare to find a barber so passionate about his work. Highly recommended.

Very good barbershop in Granada. The barber can speak English fluently. And he is very skilled. If you are afraid of getting haircut in Spain, this will be a great choice.

Despite being very busy, I was sat in a chair and attended to very quickly. The service was absolutely superb and professional and I was happy there was no language barrier as my Spanish is only useful if I want a beer or need to take a leak. If you are in Granada and your hair or beard requires some TLC I would definitely recommend a stop at Barberia Albayzin. Cheers.

Coolest barber in Spain. I was travelling in Granada and thought I wouldn’t be able to find an English speaking barber but found out he speaks English, Spanish, Arabic and French. Gave me the nicest skin fade and line of my life and best cut I’ve had overall. He is also really nice and great to chat to while getting your cut. 10/10

Can't recommend this guy enough! Was initially skeptical by the perfect rating on google, but was happily surprised when I received one of the best haircut / skin fade / beard trims I've ever received! Alla-dins (definitely wrong spelling sorry my man 😜) expertise was matched only by his friendly warm persona and professionalism. This will be my first stop each and every time I come to granada. Truly setting a standard for how a business should be run and operated, muchos gracias hombre!

All the positive comments are true. Aladin was a great barber and I got a great cut while on the road traveling. He is the master of the fade for sure and took his time to give me the cut I wanted. But, more than that, he reminded me of the value of a good barber and how the time spent in the chair talking is really about more than just the hair. It’s about making a human connection. I’ve been traveling for some time on the road and this was by far one of the richest interactions I’ve had in a long time. We talked about everything from the Eagles, culture and James Bond :) . In the end he inspired me to make the effort to travel through his home country of Morocco. Well, I wanted to write this review Aladin and thank you and tell you we’ve finally made it to Marrakesh. After being initially hesitant to get a fade away from my usual barber, I went to Barberia Albaicin due to the 5 star rating and was not disappointed. I got one of the best skin fades of my life for a great price! Aladdin is an excellent barber and a very friendly person. If you are traveling through Andalusia and need a haircut, it is worth the trip to Granada just to go here for a fade! Let alone everything else Granada has to offer.

Aladdin is fantastic! He has been cutting my husband's and son's hair for the entire year that we have been living in this neighborhood. Not only is Aladdin great with adults, but also with very demanding kids who want the latest in futballer hair styles in the middle school! He is incredibly warm, friendly and creates a very open and community environment. His partner, Heather, only makes the scene even better! We highly recommend this place for a great haircut, wonderful conversation and a chance to really get a feel for this fantastic community.

My two sons and I visited Granada in September. We all had a haircut and a beard trim. We were really pleased. Alladin, his wife and friend James were so friendly. It was terrific. It was more an experience than just a haircut. After Alladin even took us downtown to show us the good spots. What a friendly guy!!

My family and I recently moved to Granada from abroad. There are many stresses that come along with relocating so it was nice to have found this barbershop in the Albaicin neighborhood where we live. It's easily accessible and a quick walk down from the popular Plaza de San Nicolas (and its famous Mirador). You can tell the owner takes great pride in his work and really does a great job. Coming from the U.S., this isn't your typical wham-bam 15-minute budget hack job. This is a top notch haircut done by an experienced professional. My boys and I look forward to getting our haircuts and for the service, the price cannot be beat. It also doesn't hurt that the friendly owner speaks Spanish, Arabic, English, French and who knows how many more languages. I can't recommend this place enough and wish I had an equivalent in our home city back in the States.
