👍👍 Family business with spectacular service and a brutal product. We visited them from the Canary Islands and they made us feel at home. If one day we return, we will repeat for sure. Thank you very much Maquila Jamonería!!! People often mention Jamon, wine, quality,

The bald guy is very condescending and has a bad attitude when we asked about the different jamóns. We spoke in Spanish and we were there on Tuesday(3/12) when the whole market/store was empty. When we asked the guy to explain the 4 different kinds he gave us an answer like we just insulted his family because we didn't know the breeds and parts of the pig. We ended up buying 50g which I thought had too much fat. To make the situation worse, he decided to stop weighing and packing our order to shake his friend's hand outside the store. He was talking to them then finally decided to finish our order. I would avoid this place at all costs. This was the worst store that I've been to in my 10 day trip in Spain.

Amazing Jamon iberico in Mercado San Agustin, enjoyed with a lovely cold beer and a glass of wine. Would definitely recommend a visit.

What a nice discovery this stand is. Tasting platters are offered: 3 hams, 3 cold meats, 3 cheeses. To be enjoyed with red, white wine or beer also available on the stand. The owner speaks French and explains the contents of the platters while advising the order of tasting. Tapas are offered.

Have been coming here on our recent trips to Granada and loved everything … jamon, vino, queso, and the almendra frita. Personal and friendly service. If we lived in Granada we would be back every week!

We went to the MAQUIDA jamoneria for a quick lunch and it was truly delicious, with just a few euros you have the chance to taste a truly special ham. The guy who runs it is very kind and serves imaginative dishes. Wide choice of wines. Good boy

As we passed through the San Augustin market, we were immediately seduced by the magnificent window display of this merchant. No need to go around the market, go and have a wonderful time at this delicatessen where the welcome, the wine and the quality of the hams and cheeses are to die for!

This place is amazing! I think a lot of it had to do with the guy serving us. Free samples kept coming before and after we ordered the jamon iberica bellota and he told a lot of history and info about the differences. We were waiting for a special place to try the Iberica and this place was 🔥.

(Translated by Google) Small jamoneria in the Mercado San Agustin, frequented by regulars. Exceptional quality hams, served by a very friendly manager! Moreover, for each round of beers we ordered, he offered us boards (one of cheese and another of solomillo). Not to be missed if you are visiting Granada 😄😄 (Original) Petite jamoneria du Mercado San Agustin, fréquentée par des habitués.

(Translated by Google) Shop at the covered market, specializing in local Jamon. It sells both whole pieces and slices for take-away or on-site consumption. It has 3 small tables. It also sells cheeses, mostly goats, which can be bought or tasted together with the jamon. A portion of 100 g of Jamon ranges from €3.95 to €14.50 depending on the quality. Along with the Jamon it serves wine (only). Other drinks can be bought in the kiosks around and consumed without problems. The boy speaks English and French in addition to Spanish. They also sell vacuum packed portions. I definitely recommend it!

(Translated by Google) A leap into the Spanish aromas and flavors. When you come to spain you can't walk around and stop for a local market. We entered the Mercado San Agustin (underneath there is a very comfortable paid parking), and after a nice tour we chose where to stop to taste something fresh and local. A table, two glasses of wine, and a tasting of local hams. Satisfied in every respect. In addition to this, the host explained us a little history of what we ate. Highly recommended. Consigliatissimo.
