I’m consistently amazed by the positive customer service at this location. I realize it’s not easy to service hungry mall customers all day, but this location does so with price, friendliness, and efficiency. Kudos to them. The young man, whose name escapes me, even struck up a conversation with me while serving his line. This location does a great job!

I did a weekend to myself and left a gift basket for my husband and daughter with popcorn and candy and some gift cards. I figured because they were visa gift cards they’d be ok anywhere. The person that helped my husband and daughter comped their meals. And honestly that was so sweet of them! Not many places and people do that stuff anymore, so thank you to that staff member. As for food i can’t tell you how it was but customer service was excellent.

Good choice for lower calorie meal. Usually very busy, especially during the weekend. Most of the time I only see one side open. Soda refills are not free.

Jacob was awesome! Super friendly and fast despite them being understaffed.

My husband got my kids a pizza sub and guy was making it made mistake he did not have sauce and put the wrong kind of cheese on it and then try to scrape it off we had to pay full price for a sub that was not made right if I could I would do no stars

I just love Subway. There are so many wonderful options. My favorite is on Wisconsin Avenue because they have unadvertised great deals along with deals available in the application you can find in the Google Play store. My favorite is always the Steak and I sometimes choose the $2.99 unadvertised option. So surprise yourself with a 6" or 12" sandwich. They offer catering too!! Great for Football watch parties, After the Timber Rattlers play or anytime you want to be spontaneous. The possibilities are more than the 5 stars I gave it now

My wife went here last Saturday October 17th, 2018. She was the only person in line and when she asked for a salad was told by the two young female "sandwich artists" that the bowls were dirty. My wife said she would not mind waiting but the "artists" responded with "yeaah we just...low key...don't like making food". My wife did not get a salad.

One footlong pizza sub was $18. I know inflation has driven prices up but wow. And the pizza sub was below standards. I know the mall is busy but produce products with value instead of ripping everyone off.

Staff are plain rude. And all their “tools” and kitchenware is disgustingly dirty. Do not eat here unless u want to get multiple diseases. Note to the staff: You get paid to do your job. So slap a smile on your face and act like you enjoy it.
