I think this photo of a very awkward jump between two distinct lengths pretty much speaks for itself. I don't know if Sherri was trying to experiment with something when I mentioned how my hair is usually combed up from left to right, or if this was just extreme sloppiness, but whatever the attempt was, the execution was subpar.

My husband had a 5:50 appointment, he got there early and there was no one else in the waiting area. One of the women working came out and said when she is done if she has time she will get you in. My husband did not ask for anyone particular when we booked the appointment. In the meantime, 2 other people that worked there came in, went in the back and just stood there talking. Another customer came in and they took him right back. In the meantime the other 2 ladies who worked there just kept chatting away while my husband sat and waited. Finally after about 25 minutes not one person said anything to him so he left. I would understand the rudeness if they were super busy but they were not. He refuses to go back to this location again.

Always a great place. Greatest place to get a haircut. I love the hair gel and shampoo they use also. If it wasn't so expensive, that's all I'd buy for shampoo, conditioner, and hair gel

A whole different level of hair coiffing. I enjoyed the shoulder massage and shampoo scalp massage. Well worth it. Nice cut. Just what I asked for.

After standing at the desk for five minutes, unwelcomed, the woman who finally greeted us "no showed" us rather than checking us in. Sat there another 20 minutes ignored. The woman who I eventually approached said "it happens here". Good to know.

Always love their hairstylists. They did a great cut and follow the COVID19 guidelines. Felt really safe and now I look good too.

The salon gives a pretty good haircut but the experience is really why I go. The hot towel and the shampoo are bar none for salons of visited in the area. I always have a good time when I come here and leave feeling refreshed. The prices have gone up significantly in the past few months, it's now become harder to justify the experience, but when I do it's always a good one.

Came here straight after getting my hair cut nightmare from a different business. They got me right in. Although my hair is super short it looks 1000 times better than how I walked in the door. I should have come here first. How's the saying.. ?? -- try to save a buck, get fu$ked?? Many thanks for fixing the mess I was in. I've added photos of the final haircut
