Been going to this place for almost a year. Made my appt through the app four days ahead drive to Grand forks from Crookston. Wait in lot store opened late today then after waiting inside another stylist calls my scheduled one, to wake them up case they are still in bed. If this person needs to sleep in canceling my appt is fine but an hour and a half drive and wait is unacceptable!

This place is better than sports clips and great clips. A lot less busy too. The people working there actually talk to you and can relate, unlike any other place here. That one star review is probably another bogus review you will find on any business. If your kid is screaming inside a business, and you can't situate the problem, learn to be a parent. I got an absolutely great haircut and will be now be a loyal customer. The stylist I had, Hillary, was so kind and I chatted with her enthusiastically! That is because everywhere else I go they seem to force conversation. She was very smart and cleaned me thoroughly to the point of having zero trimmings after it was done. I have never left a Google review, but after coming here I felt obliged to express my gratitude. You save so much time if you go there. There is no wait, and you can call in ahead unlike Great Clips and Sports Clips. I used to always go to Sports Clips for 3 years, but now I'm over watching sports with mediocre stylists and forced convo. Try it for yourself, haha I liked it so much this review seems fake.

Happy with the stylists there and the price. Went back a few days later to buy the shampoo and conditioner she used. Since the bottle was way too large I wanted the smaller version of the same and was hand a smaller bottle. She handed me this and when I got home and used it I found out it had an extreme fragrance of colone not at all the same as its larger counterpart . I'm not from grand forks so I called there and they said I could exchange it. ....well in the mean time I'm stuck . Always be sure what you are buying is what it really is! :(

Lori was awesome. Went as a walk in. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. She did a great job but I asked for a few changes. Walked out with a perfect cut. Exactly what I wanted! Will go to her from now on!!! I need to add that this is the cut I've asked for many times at different places and nobody ever got it right!! Nothing complicated but she listened and did an amazing job!! Lori you are the best!!

Amanda did a fantastic job with my wild curls! The brow and lip wax was perfect. It's fantastic to have everything done, exactly right, and with such great service. Will be coming back.

Aaron always love this place the staff are always so pleasant to deal with and kid friendly and always do a AWSOME job at cutting my hair highly recommended.

Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in the door. I have long hair my haircut literally took 8 minutes. I have only had one other haircut as bad as this one!!!! I straightened my hair when I got home to see if the back was even, and it was so not! I have anxiety about getting haircuts that’s why I don’t go but every 2 years!!!!!! Do not go to Heidi at Cost Cutters!!!!

Butchered my hair even though I gave her 3 reference pictures. Nothing like what I asked for and very uneven. Never going back. Don’t even trust them to fix it.

Dani is the absolute best, very nice and professional, and they always do a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed!
