Horrible service! Managers steal their merchandise, never any food to make, they steal money from the cash registers all the time. The managers and managers higher up are drug users. Regular employees always get stuck with the consequences of their actions! Disgusting how this lady sits where food is prepped!!

Unfortunately, they are the only show in town now. They are the absolute slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to in my life. I’d definitely say go somewhere else unless you like to wait and be disappointed. Plan ahead…. The last time I came here there were 2 cars ahead. They got through and i sat at the window for 20 minutes. I watched several people walk in and walk out with their food while i sat looking at the employees. After being there 30 minutes they finally realized i was still parked right there looking at them. They didn’t mention sorry for the wait or anything. I asked to speak to a manager about the delay.(they had plenty of people in there working) All i got was some gal Yelling at me saying somehow my order got removed from the board. Huh…. At no time during my window wait did anyone acknowledge me or think…. Wonder why that dude is still sitting there. Disappointed and disappointed by their response. P S. I was polite and curious in my discussion with them. Here i am giving another chance writing this. Nope. Same disappointment. Except the window is now covered so you can’t see them. Yep. Just a Combo and Zero curls. Had to go inside to get them. ANOTHER 30 Minutes I’ll never get back. I won’t be back.

The food was under the heat lamp for at least 5 min. The onion rings were luke warm, and here is a picture of my regular ham and cheese, it didn't look anything like the picture in the window. In fact when the bun was together you couldn't find the ham or cheese.

Worst experience at a Hardee's ever. The restaurant eat in area was closed 15 minutes early forcing us to take out. Burgers were warm and a medium order of curly fries had exactly 5 fries (one straight fry) and they were cold! Never again

It took awhile to get through the drive thru while it was only 2 cars plus me at that time. When I got to the window I saw a bunch of standing around gossiping with the employees rather than paying attention to the food that was sitting there waiting. Once I did get the food that I observed sitting there for a minute, it wasn’t very fresh and poorly thrown together. I had asked for a couple sides that weren’t in the bag and waited at the window for the cashier to come back but when she did she had a bunch of attitude saying I was holding up her line. Rude staff and poor service. Would not recommend

Typical Hardie’s fast food restaurant. My experience at this location was based on the purchase of a milk shake. Dining area was spotlessly clean. Rest room was clean. Service was fast and efficient. Convenient location. Very pleasurable experience between the great staff and a good tasting shake.

Pulled up to order and they said just a moment. Waited for over 5 minutes. I then ordered and pulled around to sit in one place for over 10 minutes 2 cars in front of me never moved. I left without food. I went across the road and got food. When I drove past the car that was in front of me was still there in line.

They were short staffed and we rolled in with a group of 14 during the lunch rush with a full drive through. They lady at the counter was so nice and they got all of our food out fast! She complemented her team and we applauded them as well. Great crew! Thank you!

Dirty workers. Guy in the back talking trash about customers. He had gloves on but was touching his face and cell phone. One worker was covered in animal hair all over his shirt. The food is mid at best and not a place I'd ever return. I felt so bad for the manager I could tell the behavior was bothering her but I also know man power is almost impossible to get. So she is stuck with what she has. HARDEES be better.

Just got home with two burnt biscuits. They were rock hard and crispy. Not any way a biscuit should ever be. I'm a regular customer and I've never been so dissatisfied with their food.

Stopped quick and ordered a hot ham and cheese meal. and a cheeseburger meal. Both were cold.. like from refrigerator and chucked into the bag. Just so you know.. Hot ham and cheese should be hot.. and cheese should kinda be a melty mess. Burgers should at least be warmish.... fries were good though.

Worse customer service ever. Who ever was doing drive thru 6/25 at about 2:44pm was not wanting to take no orders. The worker was acting like it was almost "exhausting to speak just by taking the order." Let's be better, our order was about $60.00 plus. Also messed up on our order, went back in and man said "nope should be in there..." Seriously, would we have stopped (still in line for drive thru) and walked back in the restaurant and complain? Bruh, Ain't no one got time!

I placed a simple order via the Hardee’s app. While there were only 3 cars ahead of me (actually 2 since 1 drove away mid-wait) it took me over 35 minutes to get my food. I would have followed the lead of the car in front of me by leaving but I had placed the order on the app and did not want the hassle of trying to get refunded. I am in town visiting family so I was unaware of this locations reputation. The wait was so long that I called the store while waiting in line curious if there was some sort of issue. The employee that answered mentioned they were short handed. I’m from the twin cities and that was an issue shortly after Covid every now and then. Those restaurants seem to close the doors and strictly operate the drive through for efficiency. This store may want to consider those business tactics. Even though it was my worst drive through experience ever, I am still giving two stars because the Frisco burger was really good.

Worst Hardee's ever. Waited 20 mins for our food and we were the only people in the building and 2 cars in drivethru. My fries were soaked in grease and when I asked for fresh ones she just gave me a different cup from the same greasy batch. I asked for no tomators and then watched the cooked open my sandwich and remove the tomatoes and wrap it back up. My bread was not toasted and part of the Frisco burger was cold. My husband's hot ham and cheese was barely warm. Iordered a peach pie and recieved a blueberry lemon instead. The only part of my meal that was correct and tasted good was the fountain cherry coke. Will not be returning to this Hardee's.

Food was good about average in price one guy was very helpful but some weren't. Place was clean to the most part some things could of been cleaned better.

I'm not usually big on complaining and it pains me to do so because as a whole I love Hardee's as a brand but this place is very sub-par. I wasn't going to post a negative review but today was the 3rd order (of 3) that they have messed up for me in the last couple weeks or so. Went there for breakfast one morning and ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. I waited 10 minutes at the window only to get a sandwich without egg and cheese. Went there for dinner a week after wanting a roast beef sandwich and when I opened the bag my requested condiments and napkins were absent. Just a sandwich in a bag. My final straw was today. I ordered a big roast beef, a 3 piece tenders and a large diet coke (for $18!). When I got back to work and opened the bag I had a double bacon cheeseburger and raw chicken tenders. Id be more unhappy if I was the guy who didn't get his $10 burger. Im thinking its time for a break from Hardee's until they get their act together.

Tried to get breakfast for something different. To my surprise the don't open until 7 am for breakfast. Why? I won't waste my time at this location when I have the pick of 2 gas stations right by this place. UPDATE SEPT 15th, tried the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, spot on. Juicy, flavorable, not over sauced, not to spicy. I'd like more heat and maybe some Cole slaw on it, but that's my taste. I ordered 2 peach pies but got berry instead. They were tasty, but not what I wanted. The on duty manager was fun and she was all smiles, even when they were very busy. KUDOS! JAN 3rd, sad to see it end already, but the candied bacon biscuit was fantastic. I'll be waiting for you to bring it back. Without a doubt one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had.

Surprisingly good for a late night dinner on the way to the airport. Wait was a bit long but it was more than worth it. Has a broiled type taste. Was thinking of trying the roast beef but I went with a burger. Hot and tastey!!

Hardee's has good food, primarily burgers & fries. I would recommend the flame-broiled Frisco or the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger both are the bomb dot com

Unhappy staff working, two others that ordered after me received there orders before me and their orders were larger! When I asked about it, I was told we are short staffed and we are trying our best and I was number 1 on the screen.

I was there for biscuits and gravy in the morning and the gravy was real Lumpy and not very warm the biscuits were okay but I couldn't eat the gravy because it was nasty. I actually drove back to Hardee's and they reimbursed me and apologized.

First time visiting, establishment is fine and staff are friendly. However wife and I ordered a chicken and chicken deluxe sandwich. We each took one bite and thru both in the garbage. The worst sandwich we have ever had. Finished our fries and left. Will not be going back.

Pretty good service. Tables don't get cleaned between customers. Best thing ...my sister's on crutches and was having a difficult time trying to open the door (she didn't wait for me while I parked the car). When, Behold! A nice young employee saw her struggling and ran over to open the doors for her. Outstanding!!! The food was quick and hot! The fountain beverages seemed watered down.
