The
entire
staff
is
running
this
beautiful
hotel
into
the
ground.
I
have
traveled
the
country
and
stayed
at
hundreds
of
hotels.
Hampton
is
usually
a
home
run
no
matter
what
city
you're
in.
Let
me
explain
my
experience,
as
my
review
will
surely
be
seen
first.
I've
been
in
Grand
Forks
for
over
a
month.
In
that
time,
I've
seen
a
few
hotels.
We
settled
in
at
the
Baymont
for
an
incredible
price.
The
suite
we
have
been
in
had
been
booked
months
out
for
a
weekend
during
our
stay.
The
entire
hotel
is
booked.
We
used
the
app
and
booked
the
Hampton
down
the
road
for
a
week.
A
king
studio
suite
for
2
adults
and
2
teens.
The
day
before
check
in
comes
and
our
job
needs
us
early,
so
naturally
we
check
to
see
if
the
suite
is
available
the
night
before
at
the
Hampton.
Night
#1-
front
desk
not
at
station.
Wouldn't
even
look
at
my
reservation.
Let
me
know
they
were
sold
out.
I
asked
if
she
could
leave
a
note
asking
for
an
early
check
in.
Was
told
my
best
bet
was
to
check
tomorrow
with
front
desk.
(This
would
be
the
most
helpful
information
I
got
the
entire
stay.)
The
next
morning,
I
come
in
at
9
to
begin
the
communication
process,
since
we
will
be
transitioning
a
month
of
items
from
one
hotel
to
the
next
in
the
cold
rain.
Front
desk
seemed
friendly.
The
manager
was
clearly
on
duty
and
too
busy
flirting
with
an
extended
stay
dude
to
notice
what
was
going
on,
or
act
concerned...
But
I
was
told
it
could
take
a
bit
to
get
my
room
and
there's
NOTHING
they
can
do.
I
simply
asked
if
housekeeping
could
be
let
known
we
were
going
to
be
out
in
the
rain
if
our
suite
wasn't
ready
by
around
noon.
Was
told
to
keep
checking,
so
I
did.
Every
45
min
until
2
pm...
No
one
even
communicated
with
housekeeping
because
we
got
placed
in
the
wrong
room
after
I
told
the
front
desk
girl
it
should
be
a
studio
suite
and
was
corrected
that
"all
king
suites
are
the
same"
They
are
not.
Also,
my
reservation
was
changed
so,
the
original
was
lost
and
instead
of
taking
the
blame,
I
lost
my
original
reservation
through
the
13th
as
well
...
When
all
hotels
are
sold
out
in
town.
AND
and
im
in
a
regular
king
bed
room,
paying
300$
more
than
my
original
reservation
and
everyone
is
passing
the
blame,
so
I
have
to
eat
this
apparently.
The
beautiful
karma
in
this
is
they
didn't
know
I
am
a
Google
reviewer
with
millions
of
photo
views,
so
that'll
be
a
fun
surprise.
It's
a
group
of
Cady
girls
running
the
show
here,
trying
to
not
be
inconvenienced
and
collect
their
check
at
the
end
of
the
week.
Now
I'm
up
at
4
am
every
day
with
sounds
of
water
shooting
from
my
bathroom
walls
every
time
anyone
in
the
building
flushes
I
think...
Maybe
uses
water
in
general.
And
no
one
wants
to
take
responsibility,
so
I
will.
No
one
stay
here
unless
you
have
to.
The
pool
and
hot
tub
need
to
be
scrubbed.
It's
actually
gross.
You
can
see
the
skin
cells
stuck
to
the
sides
and
floors.
And
the
coffee
is
seriously
gross
all
the
time.
No
one
restocks
or
does
ANYTHING
extra.
Everyone
working
here
is
collecting
a
paycheck
and
passing
blame.
Buyer
beware.
If
you
get
screwed,
they
don't
even
offer
lube.
Don't
stay
here.
There's
15
hotels
in
the
exact
same
area...
The
others
I've
seen
do
not
conduct
business
this
way.
When
my
weekly
bill
is
over
$1k,
we
deserve
a
little
recognition
that
someone
may
have
dropped
the
ball
so
we
aren't
having
to
pay
for
their
ego
with
our
bank
account.
Update:
I'm
still
at
the
hotel,
and
have
tried
to
resolve
the
issue
twice
and
the
blame
was
put
back
on
us.
I
would
like
to
shine
a
bright
light
on
the
maintenance
man
of
this
place.
He
does
everything
there.
Everything.
And
he's
the
only
person
who
has
treated
us
like
we
matter
the
entire
time
we
have
stayed
there.
Without
him
running
everything
behind
the
scenes,
the
hotel
wouldn't
run
at
all.
Now
that
there
has
been
a
reply
online,
I
wonder
if
the
issue
will
be
resolved
in
person
or
if
I'll
just
continue
to
get
awkward
eye
contact
and
no
greetings
as
I
enter
and
leave.
Update
#2-
Now,
I
just
get
creepy
dudes
that
sit
in
the
lobby
talking
to
front
desk
and
call
me
by
name,
proving
my
info
is
being
violated.
Absurd.
