I have recently moved into Blackmore Flats and I love it. It is very up to date with all kitchen appliances and washer and dryers. It is the perfect size for my stay during the week. The building is very clean and maintained. Any issues that I have had have been addressed in a very timely manner. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I just recently moved to Blackmore Flats and have been loving the apartment. The size of the apartment is fairly decent and the staff have been super lovely and always willing to help. All of the appliances are up to date and the maintenance staff will come to fix them if there is ever an issue with an appliance. The utilities (and a garage) are all included in the cost of rent, which makes the price very affordable for what you are getting. The atmosphere in the building is very friendly and the building are clean. Their rental portal makes it easy to keep in contact with the staff and request for maintenance.

I have been living at Blackmore flats for almost a year now and it’s been great. It is nice, clean, and modern looking. I love how all the utilities(excluding electricity) are included. It makes life so much more convenient. The staff is also nice to work with and helpful. As well as maintenance all ways responds quickly and in a timely manner. I also enjoy the amenities included like the gym, pet spa, and coffee bar. Great place to live and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Very happy with this community. Maintenance is quick to respond to any needs we may have. Office staff are friendly. Apartments are clean, modern, and pet friendly! (dog wash is perfect for those muddy paws) The grounds are well maintained. We have had no issues, and the included garage is a fantastic perk!

I have been living at the Blackmore flats for about 3.5 months now and I love it! The building is well kept and clean. I love the gym and community area. It is a good location for a student at UND. The staff are super helpful and always are there for help/other issues. Highly recommend the Blackmore for a place to live!

This is the nicest apartment complex I have lived in! The staff is wonderful, maintenance responds quickly and I love that they have an app with all the information and it’s really easy to use. Having a washer dryer in the unit, a pet spa on the complex, a large garage two stall garage with enough space to also use for storage is amazing! Everything is so clean in all the buildings, my apartment was spotless when I moved in and my neighbors are really quit, it’s a great place to live.

I really enjoy living with Blackmore Flats! They have addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The building and common areas are always clean and the apartments are amazing. Anytime I have a maintenance request they are always there the next or same day. I definitely recommend this company!

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and this is one of my favorites. The management team is helpful and the apartments look great! The amenities are some of the best I’ve had in an apartment. The gym has a barbell squat rack which I’ve never seen in an apartment before so that was one of the reasons I chose this apartment. There aren’t many apartment complexes that pay for services anymore so that is a great addition as well. Overall I love my apartment and have had a great experience so far!
