A glimpse of retirement life. I’m in no rush anymore and can sit at Starbucks and drink coffee. I love this place, the staff were friendly, the food was great and place was clean.

They missed a drink and I understand I ordered 8 or 9 drinks but so did person ahead of me. When I called guy said it's hear if u want it but can't help you other than that. I work about 4 miles from store and it was a hot coffee.

Waited over an hour in the drive thru line, I understand being understaffed but I don’t understand that. They had to remake our sandwiches because it had been so long. 👎

If I'm paying 7$ for drink why is it only 3/4 filled???? Are you kidding. Also if you take people's names you can call them out so they know they're food and drink are ready. Smh.

Don’t go inside. Even though the drive through line is long, they prioritize drive through over walk in. So instead of waiting 5 minutes in the drive through line you’re waiting 35 minutes inside. They don’t call your name and label everything as “Toby” so you don’t know what order is yours as well as mixing it with every drive through drink they prioritized in front of you. Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Would not go back. I don’t blame the employees- it’s very poor management.

I understand being understaffed but waiting 30 minutes for a drink then being told I could get a refund or wait was not how I thought the situation would be handled. Not to mention, I haven’t gotten my refund yet… this location is always rude and slow. If you want good service, go next door to Scooters. That’s where my business went.

Just tried to ask for reusable red cup and they just shut closed the door. Well they can just say they don’t have it right

I love this Starbucks and I really don’t have anything bad to say only that as of lately the pumpkin cold foam has not been tasting like pumpkin it’s very light and taste like vanilla

Jennifer and the rest of the morning crew were nothing short of amazing, slinging drinks in every direction, still smiling and conversing with the guests despite being short staffed. Its a refreshing thing to see in the service industry!

Thi!! I visited 8/26/ ahead thinking I was smart, but they were just sooooooo busy. The crew was working nonstop to churn out PSLs and other caffeinated concoctions. I honestly would have bailed if I hadn’t already paid for my order, it was just so busy between in-store orders, online pickup, third-party deliveries and the drive-thru. But this crew was level-headed and kept working, even when some of the other patrons were snippy. It’s Starbucks on the first Saturday after PSL season opens, what do you expect? Even thought my order took twice as long as the estimated time, I know it had nothing to do with this crew. They rocked it. Starbucks is a want.

The Starbucks on Washington and Demers in Grand Forks is fine. The floors need to be swept, and it feels a bit dirty. The fireplace is great. The drinks are standard Starbucks!

It took a bit of time to get my tea and I watched them water it down. It was weak but still thirst quenching.

Starbucks on South Washington and Demers. Went today and it was busy. It took about 20 minutes from ordering to receiving our drinks. I get it they were busy. The barista blew her nose while working the drive thru and didn't wash or sanitize her hands afterwards. She then proceeded to take selfies while we sat in the drive thru waiting for our drink to be made. Nice that you have time to take a selfie but not to help make a drink. But since you didn't wash or sanitize your hands I am glad you didn't help, and thank goodness for wrapped straws or we would have asked for a different barista to hand us a new straw. And you shouldn't be switching positions of employees when you have a drive thru line with ten or more cars in it and have to have one barista explain the orders to another. This was ridiculous! And disgusting practices.

This month alone I’ve spent over $300 dollars to be completely disappointed and regretting not using this money to buy my own espresso machine vs dealing with the attitudes of people here. I am going to drive to the other side of town or now go to the urban just to avoid the workers here. I’m shocked at how the manager is okay with how awful the peoples attitudes are. I’m such a happy person and I come in with the best attitude and leave upset and with the drinks I ordered wrong half the time. I usually even tip the cost of my drink alone and usually those are the days I’m treated the worst. I wanted to avoid writing this but management needs to do something. I’ve been handling this professionally and ignoring it for a year but I’ve had it. Please do something because I don’t want to have to drive across town so you don’t have to do your job right.

It verys from day to day most days it's pretty good. Now if they could over order so they don't run out of popular items. Not sure how the newly remodeling target one is but I'm sure it's doing fine for being inside target

The lines went pretty good the service was great and what I ordered was really good but the only thing was the appearance was very bad there was garbage and weeds all over but other than that I would definitely go back.
