    what is going on! first we got a 20 piece chicken nugget, it definitely did not taste right. we took them back and they gave us the same exact box with only 17 nuggets one of them that we tore open! one of the employees seen we weren’t happy and got us fresh ones and made sure they were fresh. Next we ordered a Frappe and it wasnt even made correctly! it was huge ice chunks, not a frappe style. not happy, state streets mcdonalds is better!

    Went there to grab something to eat before have to work 11 to 7 shift. I get home no French fries. No I'm upset. I have been wanting them. Well I call them to tell my fries was not in the bag and what happen? It rings once someone picks it up hangs up and when I call back I get busy signals. I keep calling back still busy. Ok so I paid for something I didn't get. Now I'm pissed.

    I really dislike fast food in general as it has no obligation to offer anything healthy. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet with McDonald’s corporate. It was a great experience. So while they have zero goals or obligation to offer anything healthy, I do go to the occasional McDonald’s. this location is notoriously horrendous. I mean rude, disorganized, and incapable. If there were ANY, and I mean ANY 24h food service as competition in GI, I am confident this place would be out of business, as it should be. McDonald’s strives to provide a consistent product quickly. This place is anything but quick, and they’ve even managed to mess up an order of iced tea! They closed early once, but were open for door dash only? no notice of such. They’re typically busy late at night. So anyway, someone else should absolutely open some completion because they’re horrendous. Their computers are down often

    had 2 employees greet me at the door and urge me to use the self kiosk saying it would very faster than going to the counter even though no one was at the counter. took a while using kiosk. had 2 people behind counter messing around and 2 people by the fryers eating fries. my order was on the screen so all the employee had to do was read off the screen and he still forgot 2 of the sandwiches we ordered so we had to go back. seems like this store is teaching its employees to be lazy and have customers do the work on a kiosk so they don't have too and then they can't even read a screen correctly. very disappointing and they want $14 an hour or more. crazy.

    Busy, but responsive. Uber eats and drive thru takes precedent. Soap out in men's restroom.

    We eat at the same McDonalds location at least a couple mornings a week for breakfast on our way to work. And most of the time they have been pretty good. I still have to double check my order before I pull away from the window, but I have learned to just do that - it's not a big deal. But this morning when I asked for a cup of ice to go with my OJ they made me pull forward to wait for it..... I still sat there and checked my order before I pulled forward, would have thought that they could have had bit better customer service and just handed it to me while I was still sitting there. I asked to talk to the mgr when the gal came out to give me my cup of ice. She indicated that she was the manager - I asked why I had to pull forward to for a cup of Ice - she stated because the they had the persons order behind me ready - I asked her if she thought that was really good customer service? or is it that just customer service for the car behind me was more important than customer service for me. I usually don't write reviews unless they are positive, but this morning really bothered me. I am really disappointed ... ps the car behind me was still at the window when I left ... so much for the claim that they had their order ready.

    The food was good, didn't go inside so I couldn't really elaborate on the atmosphere but I had placed a curbside order and waited almost 20 minutes before i had to go inside to grab it myself because they "forgot".

    I did an order online and this “ person “ to call it somehow because he and this other lady wouldn’t give me their names instead of politely say to me that they for some reason are not taking online orders, he just said that I have to back up my car and leave, I went to the window and ask him why? And he just called the lady who start to speak in Spanish I don’t know why and instead of apologizing or giving an explination she just said: do you want the order? Pay cash! I didn’t have any cash on me and she just say Bye!! And close the door on me. I came Back so I can leave a review with their names and oh surprise, they are not giving personal information. I guess I am seen their manager tomorrow then

    I can just say it's our family's favorite on the rush food but today we just got some and I ordered a 10pc nugget with honey mustard.. Ok well.. I got Honey and Ranch. The chicken nuggets didn't taste like it's normal crispy taste and they were cold! sorry . MCDonalds please try better next time and try not to make customers mad so you'll get a higher rate thank you!

    Almost always quick and easy. I only ever go through the drive-through. So keep that in mind.

    Drive thru moves fast even in busy hours as was our visit after state fair. Food came out fast and accurate once we pulled up. Drinks were poorly filled about 3/4 of some cups. but other then that it was a good experience.

    Just left the dining room as not one person helped at the register I stood there for 10 min no one around. I have cash so no I’m not using ur touchscreen. Drive thru was their priority. You service sucks 2nd street customer service is the worst!

    McRib was on the marquee and menu but when we ordered it through drive through they did not have them. They had no excuses like running out, just a curt "We don't have them."

    Door dasher didn't make sure to get full order. But employees went above and beyond to make it right. Really appreciate it.
