We
eat
at
the
same
McDonalds
location
at
least
a
couple
mornings
a
week
for
breakfast
on
our
way
to
work.
And
most
of
the
time
they
have
been
pretty
good.
I
still
have
to
double
check
my
order
before
I
pull
away
from
the
window,
but
I
have
learned
to
just
do
that
-
it's
not
a
big
deal.
But
this
morning
when
I
asked
for
a
cup
of
ice
to
go
with
my
OJ
they
made
me
pull
forward
to
wait
for
it.....
I
still
sat
there
and
checked
my
order
before
I
pulled
forward,
would
have
thought
that
they
could
have
had
bit
better
customer
service
and
just
handed
it
to
me
while
I
was
still
sitting
there.
I
asked
to
talk
to
the
mgr
when
the
gal
came
out
to
give
me
my
cup
of
ice.
She
indicated
that
she
was
the
manager
-
I
asked
why
I
had
to
pull
forward
to
for
a
cup
of
Ice
-
she
stated
because
the
they
had
the
persons
order
behind
me
ready
-
I
asked
her
if
she
thought
that
was
really
good
customer
service?
or
is
it
that
just
customer
service
for
the
car
behind
me
was
more
important
than
customer
service
for
me.
I
usually
don't
write
reviews
unless
they
are
positive,
but
this
morning
really
bothered
me.
I
am
really
disappointed
...
ps
the
car
behind
me
was
still
at
the
window
when
I
left
...
so
much
for
the
claim
that
they
had
their
order
ready.
