Nice clean newer they serve alcohol I mean beer the staff is super friendly accidentally knocked over a glass of Bud Light and shattered it felt super bad about it but John one of the staff here was so nice and apologetic about it even though I'm the one that did it and even gave us a whole picture of beer for the glass I knocked over nice people nice place Bathroom rank-ometer 4.7

Got some really fine pizza from here! Back in Utah where I'm from, Pizza Hut was so bad we all went to Dominos. But here the experience was really AWESOME: From the order to the delivery to how good it tastes. I recommend you highly! Thanks!

Ordered 2 Backyard barbecue pizza. When they arrived they were so saturated with barbecue sauce that the pizzas were inedible. Called and had them reordered, when the new ones arrived they were the same damn way. Will not be ordering pizza hut again, service has been too spotty and not worth it. Update: Thought I would give them another try, but pizza hut must love to disappoint. Order cinnabon mini rolls and they didnt even frost them. Thanks for wasting my time again.

Horrible order, I was charged for toppings that I didn't recieve. This is a reoccurring theme with Pizza Hut. Not getting my order correct or having issues with my order. It's getting old. I have pizza and movie night with my kids everyother Friday Night. After this I'm just going to go back to Dominoes. I'm so tired of not getting my order correct when I am spending $50 plus on an order. It's sad because I love the Big New Yorker and had amazing memories of having the Big New Yorker with my late father when I was a kid (Fold it Chew it Dew it.) and it had been nice to make memories with my kids. But, I'm tired of getting ripped off.

I had some issues with ordering online so I called customer service and downloaded the app, had to recreate my order....went n showered and guess what? When I came back n checked my phone, they had charged me for my current order but it's nowhere on the app and it sure wasn't delivered....talk about a huge inconvenience and a headache. I'll stick to dominos.All that time wasted n still hungry....

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery was told it would arrive about 7:17 got it at 8:55 cold and soggy. The driver was rude and just shoved the pizza at us and walked away. The container the wings were in was smashed. Called them they wanted to make us new food and try again we refused and the are souppost to send us a coupon for another time.

Pizza was perfectly made per my selections. The drive thru staff person (John) was pleasant while taking the time to help me with my coupon. I would recommend this Pizza Hut located on South Locust Street in Grand Island Nebraska.

Super kind and helpful employees. After driving for two days (with two more to go) on our way home, my six kids were tired and wanting to move around. On top of that, it was my son's birthday. The employees helped me find the best deal to feed all of us AND they gave my son a birthday brownie! The food was delicious, and the older kids all commented on how much they liked it and were well fed (great when that comes from teenagers!). Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back often if we lived there in Grand Island, Nebraska.
