(Posting at 7:30 on a Friday night.) If you go during the day it’s fantastic! Night crew? Different story. Almost everytime we come in the evening they lock the lobby so you can’t go inside. Then say their card machine is down and they only accept cash. Tonight when we drove up they said nothing about the machine being down until we said we had a “bigger” order. Then as we drove away they were all standing in the drive through window hanging out laughing. I‘ve waited until now to post a review because I hate complaining but it’s super disappointing to see over and over again. I hope this gets better.

Took my nieces to eat. We went thru the drive thru. I specifically ordered 2 chalupa boxes, and 1 nacho fry box. I told the order taker that on the nacho fry box and on one order of the chalupa box, the girls didn't want beans or tomatoes. I live about 1.5 miles away. We got home and there were tomatoes on the girls order. Drinks were ok. Called the manager and told her. Her name was Aylsa. She told me to come back and she would make it right. I told her we weren't going to reload the car and come back. But, I could bring the receipt in. It's the first time I've encountered a problem were the Taco meat was skimped on. Other than that it was ok.

These can't do a simple job to throw fire sauce in the bag, call and ask why they said their lazy. Horrible service ruin my whole appetite. You have one job. Do it right!

Taco Bell has kind of gone down hill the last couple of years but still a good one for me. The portion sizes have gone way down in size but no one can match the taste of Taco Bell.

Went thru drive thru. Missed a item and I called the manager. She was very nice. I wish dine in would be open , not everyone wants to do drive thru mainly about forgetting items.

I don’t know if they stingy giving people sauces now I order off Uber didn’t even get no sauce again, and next time somebody needs to learn how to close a lid to cheese I didn’t pay to get my food having nacho cheese on the bag and tacos but food was hot though.

1 trip at a time: Only 2 workers in the building is what the sign in the drive through said. Well they did great! Line moved quickly, window interaction was pleasant, not rushed or rude at all. Even gave me TONS of Diablo packets. Got the order right and nothing was missing.

Waited in line for 40 minutes but the staff were very nice and chipper

I showed up on October 11th, 2023 at approximately 10:10PM. The gal at the window was very nice. Another gal from the kitchen came to the window and let me know the fries would take another 2 minutes. My food was incredible! As in, it was by the book, perfect, how taco bell is supposed to be. I haven't had taco bell like this in years. I'm visiting from Texas and I can't even tell you how nice it is to not receive stale taco shells, stale hard chalupa's and gross burritos. The cook at your location clearly works with her heart and prepares only food she would eat herself. That means a lot. For that, I just want to thank you! Thank you so much! Your employees that were working this evening rock!!!!

All I wanted was some munchie food broskis. I waited 45 mins and I put it in online. They fr ruined by good time. Will I come again Probably. But not for the people only the food haha.

Was empty on a cruise night on the main strip. I bought 2 different drinks because both the drinks I got sucked. There was no ice in the machine.
