Was disappointed because the oatmeal raisin cookies were severely underdone. And my sandwich which had chipotle was saturated in chipotle, couldn't enjoy my sandwich. I asked for a regular amount not an extra amount.

The employees are rude, EXTREMELY slow (took me about 20 mins to get one sandwich with only 1 person in front of me), and the tables and floor are filthy dirty!! Oh and after I ate my sandwich I got horrible stomach pains and ended up in the bathroom! Would not recommend this store to anyone!

Tried calling and I'm hung up on. I don't appreciate it. Tried calling Corporate because I know that the manager is unkind to others, especially her own family.
