Well fancy pepperoni pizza is great, although prepared poorly and NO WAY 100 pepperonis? If you order, show them this pic, and say "if mine looks like this, refund me!. That said I will try again, 😁

Got the special and it was still dough I mean like dough. cheese barely melted. Bacon not crispy. Not cooked. And that was after going through the drive thru 2 times after waiting 20 minutes. The other pizza the same looks like they used a hair dryer to melt the cheese while the crust sat on an old hot plate

The food is overcooked often. Soda selection is not great. Most of the staff seem like they have had one too many edibles. Bad customer service. If you want cheap pizza, go to the Bosselman's location or make a stop to your local freezer section.

40 min for 3 hot and ready pizzas. Drive through person didn't speak much English. Had to tell my order 3 times. Was told 3 different totals before it was right.

Service is friendly and kind. Wait time tends to feel much more worse than it actually is because of the layout of the drive-thru & the length of time just to be acknowledged. The food is hot & fresh but rarely ever ready. Overall this location is decent to go to.

I really don't understand how here in the United States a franchise chain like this or of any kind of business going to have someone working the drive-thru window that don't speak English or understand English require the use of a translator app Besides that pizza of always been good, typically really good service but this store does somewhat frequently place non English speaking workers at the drive-thru

If you are out of the pretzel crust a courtesy call would have been nice. Instead we got a regular crust with grainy salt all over the pizza. I had to throw it away as it wasnt edible.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, asked for a few plates and they said “We are out of plates” asked for a side of Jalapeños and he says “ Oh we don’t do sides of Jalapeños and more” then I asked for some seasoning packets. He gave me 3!! Not the first time they have done this either! Poor customer service!

I like to buy pizza because they serve it to take away just made, and at an affordable price for the consumer.
