My fiance got me a new engagement ring from here yesterday and I absolutely love it! We looked at rings here then went to Kay's Jewelry after just to you know check it out, but we ended up coming right back to Riddles to get the ring I'm wearing right now! The lady was super nice, she had my ring waiting for me cause she knew I'd come back lol. Kay's Jewelry sucks compared to Riddle's. Riddle's has a lot more selection and better pricing and better employees. I wish I caught the lady's name but she was just awesome.

Arin at the grand island riddles jewelry store was absolutely amazing! She gave extraordinary dedication to finding me the perfect every day chain and pendant! I contacted riddles through email on a weekend and she was very prompt and knowledgeable! I will be asking for Arin on all future purchases! Been shopping around for 6m for a engagement ring. Doesn't matter which staff member you talk to, they all give excellent customer service and also ask the important questions you don't think about as a consumer. 5 stars is the max you can go otherwise they would get more!
