Downtown Dental was incredibly helpful, welcoming & knowledgeable. A clean, spacious space with a very kind, prompt, professional, caring, gentle staff. Veronica was so kind, empathetic, comforting & very professional, she helped ease my anxiety over a past unpleasant dentist experience that I experienced out of state & made me feel safe, welcomed & cared for. Looking forward to my next dentist appointment with Downton Dental.

I haven't gone in yet but my experience setting up an appointment was amazing and they were so helpful. After calling almost every dentist office in town, they're the only ones that were willing to work with me as I am severely low income and struggling with two broken teeth and a potential infection. Absolutely kind and thoughtful and even accommodated me by putting my chosen name in so that I wouldn't be dead named. If you're looking for a kind staff that is willing to work with you, this is the place to go!

Would recommend! They got me in a lot sooner than my appointment when they had last-minute openings. The staff was kind and informative, and the hygienists and dentist were thorough and attentive. They did not rush through the cleaning which I always appreciate. They answered all my questions and concerns. Plus, the TVs on the ceiling are a plus! :)

I just want to share how awesome this place is. I had not been to the dentist in a long time due to a past dental experience. Allie was so kind and so compassionate from explaining exactly what she was doing to going over my treatment plan with me. I have some work to be done, but I know I am in good hands with these ladies at Downtown Dental! If you have dental anxiety like me and are worried because you have not been in a long time, let these ladies take a look at you. I didn't once feel judged and they were just happy that I made the choice to come in :)

This place is the best of the best. The best care I’ve ever received. I used to be terrified of the dentist but these guys showed me dentistry shouldn’t be a scary experience. They extracted my molar today and I didn’t feel a thing for the first time ever getting my teeth done! They make me happy to want to smile again! Highly recommend! Outstanding service excellent attitudes and amazing work. Really good on pricing as well! Amazed!!!! 10/10 and they made sure I was comfortable above all tv for distraction and relaxation and even a blanket to keep warm cause I got really cold from anxiety! Amazing amazing ladies love them!!!!

Very nice, clean large new office, considerate bilingual staff, very knowledgeable, they accept Medicaid. They even have chairs that massage you as you're getting your teeth fixed. You can park close, they are able to set you an appt. without much of a wait, and there's not a huge wait when you get your appointment and go to the office. I think it's a great place and I would highly recommend it.

This place has been a lifesaver to me in the last two weeks! During the pandemic my dentist moved to CO, and due to it being so hard to find any dentist that is able to take on new medicaid patients and my HIGH anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, it had been 3 years since I had seen one. But I wound up having an infection in a tooth and after 3 weeks of terrible pain, I knew that I had to get in to be seen somewhere. I went online and I was able to book a last minute appt for the next afternoon and despite my terrible anxiety and pain, it was a very nice experience. the staff is super friendly, there's a ton of parking, the office is large, bright, clean, and inviting. after taking xrays and determining a root canal was needed, they told they offered a $365 yearly membership for those without insurance that covers a lot. including one emergency visit and two free yearly full exams, and discounts on extra needed work (like root canals). I signed up for the plan 2 days after being seen and they were nice enough to take the total amount I paid for my emergency visit and credit it towards the membership fee and then set me up for monthly payments. they were able to get me in the next day for a full cleaning and the next week for my root canal. Soooo very pleased with what I've seen so far!

Everything was fine from ck in to procedure but I never give the highest rating bc there's ALWAYS room for improvement in any situation, any facility. It was great 2day.
