Thrilled with my experience. No wait, service was exceptional, food was delicious, restaurant was clean. One of the most positive dining experiences I’ve had in quite awhile.

One of best dine in meals I've had for a long time. It's a real classy restaurant, recommended for dates. The plate i got was delicious and the waiters there are pretty professional.

Our server was on top of everything and very friendly. The food was super fast and delicious. Top of our already fantastic experience, Sean, the manager swang by and boxed our food for us, gave us to go cups, and plenty of mints. Cannot recommend Olive Garden in Grand Island enough!

As usual, Olive Garden provided impeccable service, clean facilities and excellent food. From entry to exit, the staff was engaging, friendly and ensuring our requests or needs were met - while being unintrusive. Nothing worse than chewing a nice bite and being asked how it is. Our server was very attentive and proactive for water, salad, sticks and personable our entire meal. Cannot go wrong with an Olive Garden visit and for the high quality.of food and tremendous service, the bill is worth every penny while still not breaking the bank. Kudos to OG for maintaining the highest levels of service and quality since day 1.

Initially asked for water with lemon and I never got it. I had to ask for a straw. At the end of our meal my family went to the car and I stayed to pay. I asked the waitress if I could leave our to go container, drinks and such while I went to the restroom. She said yes. When I came back within a few minutes our table was cleared. She didn’t even apologize. We were very disappointed in our experience overall.

Of course I got the unlimited soup and salad. The spups were as good as I remember. Now I want to make the tusca zoppana again . Lol. Our waitress made sure we were okay the whole time and kept our drinks filled

Been here in Grand Island for 1 week and have eaten here twice! Service is great, the food is amazing as some know. Definitely need to try the never-ending soup & salad & breadsticks. If your anything like me the breadsticks could be the meal lol

Idk what changed but it is spectacular now! It's always been decent but today the food and service were both out of this world!! Staff seemed actually happy to be there, food was hot, fresh and had more flavor than ever before.

Food was super good, tasted fresh, and fed 8 people with drinks ect for under 200. Restaurant was clean, only mildly busy at 6pm on a Monday. Our server was very attentive and sweet. Will definitely be back next time we pass through!

Okay universe, you win. We went to Olive Garden in Grand Island because the children all plead with us to go to what they claim to be their favorite restaurant. Perhaps my lowered expectations made things seem even better than it was. Perhaps this is one of the best Olive Garden's in America. All I know for sure is that the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the service, and the food was all top tier. A full star ahead of any other Olive Garden I have been too and enough that I probably won't try and convince the kids to go elsewhere they next time they see an OG sign.

This restaurant has really stepped up their game. The meal was absolutely outstanding! The service was terrific and the store really clean! If you prefer tables over booths, this place has plenty of them. We hadn't been here in over two years because ... Wow, they have really improved!!! We'll be back soon!

What an experience. The waitress kept us laughing, the manager was kind and came out in person to visit with us. The food was nothing less then what you could desire. The drinks while fruity and flavorful were not overdone. Sadly I didn't try any of selection of sweets at the end but by the time I had finished half of my meal I was full. A great Italian eatery with American size meals and only the finest of u.s. hospitality with the classy and sophisticated feel of little Italy 🇮🇹

Always the best food and great service for the most part. I was taking my daughter and her boyfriend to the airport so they wouldn't miss their flight again and the server there was prompt everyone always has there go to and mine is just the soup and salad can't go wrong and now they have sauce that you can dip the breadsticks into other than marinara. Excellent

Loved the food- we went for dinner, since we were celebrating belated Valentine's day. Our only request would be to have some senior size meals. I understand that you like to have people carrying out their take-home food, but I really prefer to have a fresh meal eaten in that atmosphere

Mark was our server tonight 1/25/22 and he was amazing! Wonderful, entertaining and very attentive. He made a great recommendation for dessert too. The food and drinks were delicious but the customer experience offered by this server just made the whole night better! Thank you Mark for being great at what you do. I appreciate you.

Was a good experience from start to finish food was on point! The staff was so friendly almost felt like family was taking care of us it was our first time going and the manager hooked it up! Drinks were delicious as well as the dessert 🍰 we were given we will be back!

Always a great meal. For me, the best part is the salad. So this time, I had the soup and salad. I'd never tried their soups but the chicken & gnocchi was very good. Our waiter was exceptional! He made our experience very enjoyable.

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce but wasn't told there were different kinds of meat sauce. I was given the one with Italian sausage. Which i dislike. I was hungry so ate it anyway. Service except for that was great.

Are severe was amazing!! Love the bread sticks. We had the all you eat pasta it was good. But not enough sauce on it and we had one to bring home with us. The serving size that we brought home was way smaller than what we had in the restaurant.

I love the Zuppa Toscana! The manager was especially friendly (and attractive). She recommended adding lemon juice to the Zuppa... it's now my new favorite

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The restaurant seemed empty in the front but had a 10 minute wait. They took us to the back where they had all their guest crammed. A guest opened the fire exit and we had to listen to the door scream for 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get out orders and drinks taken. They did not have the drink I ordered and it took over 30-35mins to get the food. Terrible experience.

The food was pretty good. The waitresses we had were amazing and very friendly, especially with my four children! We went about a week after my birthday since we didn't get to celebrate on my actual birthday and they honored that and gave us a free dessert. I very much appreciated that as I did not expect them to do it the week after my birthday.

We stopped here while on vacation and wish we hadn't. Our waitress was super rude, didn't smile once or say thank you and/or come again. Nothing. Most waitresses offer their help, we had to ask for everything. She looked so annoyed when we would ask for a refill or to go boxes. My husband ordered "build your own pasta dish" and it was completely wrong, from the pasta to the protein. He would have sent it back if he wasn't so hungry. I won't be returning. Very disappointed.

We had to wait for quite a while. But the manager was very nice and comped us a couple of appetizers. Our server was great! Very nice and accommodating for our party of 8. All the food was very good and came out quickly.

The food is generally always great (if not they make it 100% right), but today we had the pleasure of having Ron as our server. I am utterly impressed the bar is set extremely high. Bravo

We were greeted and seated promptly. Server was attentive. Soup was good. Salad was meh. It had giant pieces of onion. Dressing was put on top. On past visits it was on the side. Entres were good.

Love going to Olive Garden everytime we get a chance, food is always good but nothing like today! Food was extremely delicious today and our server Ron was the best! Totally recommend it 💯

Decent food, new menu options. Nothing exciting or memorable, but it wasn't terrible either. Staff seemed like they were preoccupied. Chatting amongst themselves around the bar. Took almost 20 min to pay our bill after giving our server money. Never were asked during meal if anything else was needed. Hit the spot just because you know what your getting, if you've eaten at one previously, from the Italian chain restaurants.

Waitress Carly was very attentive and timely. I would recommend anyone to ask for her to be their server. The food was the perfect temperature and very good.

It is hard to know how to rank Olive Garden. I ate at the Grand Island, NE location last night and it was perfect. The day before I had eaten at Olive Garden in Lincoln, NE and it was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 on a Sunday and there were very few customers. In spite of that service was incredibly slow. I had the unlimited soup and salad but I left hungry after over an hour and a half at the restaurant. The waitress was very slow to bring out more soup after it was requested. At one point we requested more bread for the table and more soup for me. We got the bread very quickly but the soup took over 15 minutes after requesting it. Throughout the visit other tables that arrived after us were served quicker and completed their visit. I am leaving a good rating for the Grand Island location but I would not return to the horrible Lincoln location again.

I always have a great experience with this location! The workers are always so kind and accommodating. Their prices have gone up a lot recently (not much you can do about that) but the customer service is excellent!

Had an awful experience. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a shrimp Alfredo. The shrimp was not deveined, my fettuccine Alfredo had a piece of hair in it! The server was slow on everything an it wasn’t busy at all, only came to the table twice. Ordered a cheese cake and was STILL frozen when it came to me. My friend had three different noodles in her shrimp Alfredo. I mean don’t go to an expensive restaurant if you’re broke but I paid 4.00 for a glass of sprite which was mainly full of ice… the food portions were not at all fulfilling! If I spend $72.00 for 2 people I expect to be full an satisfied. Love Olive Garden but not the one in grand island. Is not at all the place to go to. Maybe it was just my sever???

We stopped in for dinner last night & got seated right away. We proceeded to sit for over 15 minutes without someone even speaking to us, let alone getting a drink order. We counted 3-4 people walk right past our table without even looking at us. Another family was seated after us & had drinks within minutes. I counted literally 6-8 staff in the entryway when we walked in, so there was plenty of staff. Some of the WORST service I’ve ever had!
